The Doof Thread

Those Techniice bins are pretty good.
Borrowed one for a 3 day festival over New Years. The ice blocks (frozen water in tupperware containers) lasted for 2 days in 30 C heat.

If you keep food in the esky, drain the water or it can get in the food and it gets all soggy!!!

Any more info on Strange Brew 3?

I need a good doof to go to!!! Somewhere within a few hours of Sydney

Whooooo!! At the party on the weekend we had a big fuck-off fire (for anyone at said party, did you see our fire?! It was awesome! =D) and rugged up in all our winter doof gear, SO nice!! Can't wait for the even colder parties <3

Woo I am rather excited about this one!! Just me and a mate of mine going as everywhere else is a bit pov at the moment and the GF can't make it due to uni commitments! So i have no excuses not to get loose :)

This will be about the 3rd of the smaller type doofs i shall have attended and i can't wait!!! =D

EDIT: Can vouch for the Technii eskies!! I have an 80L one and i'm in love with it. If it had lips i would probably give her a pash for being so good to me!

Heck yes I saw your fire...at least I think I did...I'm not sure what I was seeing or doing when I was in your world... ;)

I can't believe we spent 30 minutes chainsawing and collecting wood from all over that site and you guys got a better fire from fucking pine cones!

I can vouch that you were in my world as well, so let's take that as a confirmed physical presence :P Unfortunately, though, you missed the Fusion of Delicious Beasts!

Pine cone emporium indeed. That was the site for all your pine cone needs. N3o has secret weapons at her disposal, not the least of which is a mountain man of extraordinary skill. White hot fire was hot.
 
who is going to regen this year?

also, who can suggest a good australian site/ brand to buy safety earmuffs/earplugs for children? my kids are well keen to go doofin this easter, especially my 4yo daughter, who said

" 4 days of techno!!! daddy, thats a lot of dancing... im goin to have to make up some new dances!!!"

shes a classic..

anyway i wanna get their ears protected, so any help would be much appreciated...

These are the brand my mate got for his daughter and I know he would have done his homework beforehand. 3M is a pretty trusted brand too.

I'm not heading to Regen, we're having a mini party of our own to farewell a mate before he heads back to England but I've heard good things about it.
