Showcasing a range of Perths finest local DJ's & Producers of Psytrance,Tech,Glitch and Fidget, Playing all kinds of tunes you wont hear anywhere in the city, Through a sound system that would blow the shit off a sheeps arsehole.

Also our live music area will be out again with couches Under a shady tree for extra chill. If you'd like to jam feel free to come pick up an instrument and get involved
You're also welcome to bring your own instruments from home and there'll also be a couple of mic's in case your instrument is your voice.

And Flow will be bring down his kitchen for home cooked meals available right next to the dancefloor.

A Mist water system will be rigged up to the main D-floor tarp to cool us down & let us get a covered head to toe in mud and goon

-Ok doofers i got a massive favor to ask, ive been searching for this particular song i heard in the early morning of rebirth 2012 doof, i think it was just before JPOD's awesome set.


It was ur normal 145 full on psy cept it would clmb every 40 seconds to a buildup, when right in the absolute peak of the build up whatever sounds you could hear instead of dropping away and bringing back a similar yet phatter beat, the beat would completely change. This went on for about 6 minutes. The song was taking my breathe away, while laying on my swag i felt my heartrate increase with every build up.

I know this sounds like most full on psy but it was to the extreme like the beat would barley get its self going and then the climb would start and bam 100% different beat but you have no idea
How it happened.

During the day, Safespace is a place to rest after an overstimulating night, and after sundown, it is home to Liquid Light, craft, and conversation.

Safespace is bought to you with love, and the belief that the doof experience can be wholesome and creative, not destructive.

we will be holding a space which will have an atmosphere that is in complimentary contrast to the dance floor. A space that is refuge from the sometimes challenging environment of doofs. A place to share and be together. Non-judgemental, respectful, non-preachy.

This space will include work shops, healing, drumming & vocal play circles and an Art space.
