it is very low, but, what seems the case, might be the News Coverage that came a few years ago, about the actual Physical changes and benefits, that come with a routine of at least 10 minutes a day of Meditation. if such an increase of real interest came about from a few news channels and magazines...a greater exposure, could mean the world to us.
what was the main focus of the data shown by the media,, was about how we actually grow more Gray Brain matter in the left Cerebral Cortex.
this makes me curious, about how our spines have a layer of gray brain matter inside the spines sheathing, i wonder if this is stimulated or developed further, during, and with practiced meditative states ?
ten little minutes, totally should not be so amazing.!
