God I love that kid. I'm pretty certain he's an escaped DMT machine elf. You mods can get pretty ridiculous in my humble opinion.

Having modded P&S, I am deeply sympathetic to those who find themselves having to encourage posters to be more direct and explicit. P&S is not a blog, it's meant to be a forum where people can engage with one another fruitfully, and esoteric, drug-addled rambles are not conducive to that goal. It's a difficult and thankless task, try to go easy.

i feel strongly that philosophy and spirituality are the best forms of reducing harm of any/all kind.
 
how did they break?

making poor decisions or resorting to violence is much less likely if one has the knowledge that they have the freedom to think for, and be more of themselves. rather then be deluded on various forms of chemicals.
 
The manner of their breaking, to me, seems irrelevant to the fact that, now that they are broken, modern medicine is a better way to reduce the harm than abstract thought.
 
i don't know crap about fixing broken legs

however

what if the key to fixing a broken leg is treating it right away? what if sitting around thinking about it first ends up messing up your leg more? =p

Well, when you put it that way, no. But then again, this is P&S Social, which, tbh, isn't a very huge step above the Lounge in terms of enlightening discourse.
