The days after a festival.

Anxiety also causes titinus, HPPD and a lot of other symptoms. Something like serotonin syndrome is way too easily tossed about around here. Assuming the worst only causes more negative symptoms. Of course if you are unsure just see a doctor, other then that obsessing over what it might be will do more harm then good in any case.

Did you know HPPD and titinus, which could also "be caused by anxiety", would also relate to serotonin toxicity by the simple fact that "anxiety" can be caused by an imbalance of serotonin in your neural network?

Why obsess over something like serotonin syndrome? It's not like he's experiencing fatal symptoms, it was his decision to take ecstasy in such a large amount to cause such great damage to the number of serotonin receptors, serotonin, every little ounce of mischief that MDMA partakes when it passes through the blood/brain barrier. . I'm just trying to help provide some information that might be of help because I can relate on a personal level.

Are you actually helping though? or are you putting ideas into his head that weren't previously there, "YOU HAVE SERATONIN SYNDROME", your first post. *Edit* He wants help, your giving him the opposite.

The blue stars you took anyway have been tested as MDMA, so thats all good. I looked at the link (im in the manchester area also). You should already start to be feeling better, give it a few more days if not :)

Maybe if he actually looked into it and a second opinion helped him realize maybe it might be a problem, why not help him with an idea which I believe might be possible for a man in his situation? It is better to inform and educate the next man, then baby him like a fucking kid and beat around the bush telling him things that I hardly think would matter for you. You guys are offering him support, I'm attempting to help him medically with the problem he is facing. I'm a real nigga and I don't play these silly ass games bullshittin to people all day and feel sympathetic to their feelings and shit. I tell you what the bizness is.

Yes, I said specifically "YOU HAVE SERATONIN SYNDROME OMG YOUR GOING TO DIE SUCKS FOR YOU". You are a fucking moron. I told him Serotonin Syndrome, and nothing else. I want him to research that shit up himself. After, if it sounds like something that might be possible for him, I gave him a fucking tip to stock up on 5-HTP to help with the imbalances that the Serotonin depletion might be causing him.

You both are a bunch of fucking simps. Seriously. Grow the fuck up. Excuse me for trying to help him out and giving him a damn solution if it was true

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tinnitus

Subjective tinnitus is also a side effect of some medications, such as aspirin, and may also result from an abnormally low level of serotonin activity. It is also a classical side effect of quinidine, a Class IA anti-arrhythmic. Over 260 medications have been reported to cause tinnitus as a side effect.[24] In many cases, however, no underlying physical cause can be identified.

Here, why don't you actually research things and look for yourself?

so you took as much mdma as I,a responsible user would take in two three years and then you healed yourself with bunch of junkfood

I find it interesting,I mean the bad music the Avicii and your bad decisions

have some steamed cow chicken or fish meat with rice and fakton of veggies + omega 3... that would help you

Mendo, I apologize for the recent comments. I have seem to have made the mistake of confusing serotonin syndrome with serotonin deficiency syndrome. SS actually meant the ol MAOI + MDMA mix-up. Once again I'm sorry about the post and I did not intend for the OP to have any misguided thoughts from my comments. It has been a long time since I have dealt or communicated with others about this particular field so I'm sort of trying to recollect all of my past together with my blowfish memory.

Feeling better. Brain zaps seam to have gone.

Vision isn't 100%. If I look right and suddenly look to the left, the images on my right drag abit, kinda like slow motion but its getting better day by day.

Glad to hear things are feeling better! I read this post and thought "Wow, how dangerous and stupid!" But then I remembered that back years ago when I first discovered MDMA, I did it 5 out of 7 nights in one week (this was looong before I discovered Bluelight!). A lot of us make bad choices when we are unaware of the potential consequences, or when we're starting out. It happens. Glad you both survived it anyway :)

For the future, somebody did already list the guidelines that are commonly accepted by the majority of Bluelight-users to maximize the fun and safety of using MDMA: Do not take more than a couple in a night (although because quality varies, it's hard to know how much you're actually getting per dose...generally 2-3 pills in a night seems to be the maximum you want to take), and give yourself about a month or more for a break between each time you roll, and do not roll on consecutive nights. If you are dancing while high, drink extra fluids (Powerade or other sports drinks can be especially helpful because they replace electrolytes lost to sweat when you dance), if you're not dancing, drink the same amount of fluids you would when sober. MDMA does NOT dehydrate you, dancing does, and it is easy to become dehydrated while dancing but it is also possible to develop water intoxication from drinking insane amounts of water- more than a liter per hour I believe, though it depends on your weight- which throws off your electrolyte balance and can be fatal.

Plan so that the next day, you can eat light and healthy foods (fruit, veggies especially...I'm partial to heavy meals like daal or chana masala but that's just me!). Sleep well if possible. Drive as little as possible the next day, and I like to spend it in a nice place with friends so I can enjoy the afterglow, rather than alone or in an uncomfortable place that results in more of a hangover feeling.

And of course, NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! You very likely know that already, but I thought it should be repeated. Never, ever again. Spend some time going through Bluelight and learn more about taking MDMA as safely as you can :) Take at least two or three months off of MDMA now to allow your body ample time to recover and become normal again.

You should work on your communication skills in general because you actually come across as a blowfish...

MDMA is a stimulant in itself, it's an amphetamine, but yes caffeine is sometimes added. MDA is a sister drug to MDMA, just a lot more psychedelic and visual (in my experience).

I'm not here to judge, but I'm assuming you posted this to get feedback... all I can really say is be careful, it makes me sad to hear how nonchalant you are about everything. I would have been terrified if I became paralyzed on MDMA. That's not from not eating properly man, it's a scary effect of taking way too high a dose. To be blunt, your use was/is really irresponsible and dangerous. 16 pills is a ridiculously high amount of E to take in the span of a year, let alone a weekend. Is it really necessary to be so excessive? I know that in my experience there's only so many pills or lines you can do before you plateau and you don't get any higher anymore, but you definitely increase the negative effects and how shitty your comedown will be, as well as long term effects. I promise you, you will have just as great of a time if you take less. In fact you'll probably have an even better time because you wont be stuck in your tent paralyzed.

Reckless abuse of drugs doesn't make you a champ, it's not a contest. Slow down. Please.

Great post Gypsy, I 100% agree. Though I can put myself in the OP's situation quite easily cause I've been there my self. It's easy to feel "safe" and secure while your rolling and then make the decision to take more. It took a similar situation for me to snap out of it. Some people need these kinds of experiences to wake up and start taking responsibility, at least for me it did. I could read about potential harm all day but it wouldn't really sink in simply because I wasn't experiencing that at all until I went too far. I'm glad it happened though, otherwise who knows I might still be popping pills every weekend completely unaware

I feel for you OP, I've never taken anywhere near that many pills or used pills for 3 consecutive days, the anxiety and other symptoms you mentioned sound horrible. I wish you luck in healing up and getting back to normal

It's so annoying to me that so many people who use mdma don't understand the basics and then they end up doing this type of damage to their body. The only information I ever see coming from government is along the lines of DON'T USE THE ECSTASY DRUG, IT'S MADE IN ILLEGAL CLANDESTINE LABS AND WILL KILL YOU. Mind you, a simple google search gives lots of useful info, so maybe the problem is the users.
