My mind decides to wander and I pause
I’m a positive figure and I don’t resent my flaws
Learning to live, learning to love
Taught to give, for happiness is the cause
Don’t ever take my kindness for weakness
Life can be full of simple sweetness
It’s all about tweaking your perspective
Everyone has the ability to be receptive
to an extent we’re innocent
The Day the Earth Died came and went all in a haze
It left me dazed and stuck, still pondering my ways
But it’s alright if I tell you it’s okay
Allow me to demonstrate if I may
I admit I was rather cloudy in the head
It was so early in the morning I was layin’ in bed
I wasn’t asleep, I wasn’t awake, I was dead
It could have been the end right then
