What are the actual dangers of taking a 20mg Opana and then drinking a beer 4 hours later?

I've read that alcohol greatly increases oral bioavailability. How much does it increase? I've read that oxymorphone oral bioavailability by itself is only 10%.

Wikipedia says it can increase plasma concentrations by up to 270% - what exactly does this mean? Does it mean that 2.7x more oxymorphone gets absorbed? So instead of only 2mg, 5.4 would get absorbed?

I've also read that alcohol raises oral bioavailability to 70% instead of 10%, but this seems like a ridiculous exaggeration. People would be dying left and right on accident from drinking a beer while being on opana.

How long after drinking a beer would increased absorption last?

PS: my fear is that alcohol stays in the digestive tract for longer than just an hour, and since the opana is extended release, it's still being released in my digestive tract, and the level of oxymorphone in my blood is going to just keep increasing. I took the opana at 3:38, it kicked in at about 4:50, and it didn't hit me that hard, so I drank a beer at 7:30 to try and potentiate it. It's 10:00 now, and my opiate high has been steadily increasing since I drank the beer. Right now, I'd say it's starting to plateau hopefully, and it feels equivalent to about 50mg of oxycodone, but it's lasting way longer.

I am a little bit anxious just because of oxymorphone's reputation. If alcohol really does make oral bioavailability 70%, then that would mean I ate an equivalent dose of 140mg of morphine, which is very intimidating since I don't have an awful high opiate tolerance. My preferred dose is 40mg of
Methadone, which is a lot less than 140mg of
Morphine.

At what point will I be in the clear and not have to worry about falling asleep and not
waking up?

don't post the same thing in multiple places. your questions are more important than everyone else's.
