Its a standard issue AA but you have to have a few with you if you plan on smoking more than once a day and if you want to share. 3 of us smoked 1 gram and the vape worked great. Never gave us a sign that it was running low on juice, the same cant be said about the magic flight. Also the pax is a one piece construction while the magic box is 3 piece unit. The oven in the pax is huge you can fit a quarter of a gram in easily! THe pax has 3 temperature settings. If the pax is not used it shuts off by its self. Its also motion activated. Its very well built and has a 10 year warranty. If you use it once in a while the magic box is for you but if you smoke a few times a week or day than the pax is for you.

Can't get the pax in the UK though. I always have a bag on me with a little front compartment I'll always have like 3 back up batteries in there. I'm happy with all the cons of the MFLB for £80.

last night was a 3 grams for 5 people tonight maybe a gram a person. Maybe its just me but after you get baked and you want to smoke more lets say out of a blunt the weed just tastes bad. If you smoke out of the vape you can keep on smoking and not worry at all because its tasteless. I love it! Some have said that you can used the charred weed from a vape to make edibles, has anyone done that?

I'm addicted to hardstyle atm, a little disappointed that Code Black or Nitrouz (my fav locals) aren't performing.. looking forward to seeing the others, internationals are doing 1.5 hour sets!!

i wouldnt be paying shit if you know you are in the right. speak to branch manager and threaten to take business elsewhere, all accounts.

remind them customer is always right.

I love his use of loops and hot cues, sometimes he gets a bit carried away with changing loop lengths on the fly but it still always sounds interesting and unique which I really like about him.

Well since we are on the topic of music, what do you guys think about Laidback Luke? I saw him at Counterpoint last September and ever since then I've been blasting his crazy mixes.

Give this a listen if you have the time!

yeh this is more my type of business. hes getting pretty busy hey, maybe too busy instead of choosing better choons? i like the vid how you see exactly what hes doing.
have you heard any steve bug, or maybe aeroplane or the magician is more similar to this dude. the shit he plays is often slightly to cheesy/mainstream for me if you know what i mean.
been seriously digging seth troxler & tim green lately

Yeah sometimes I feel he doesn't have to be messing around with loop rolls or stuff of that nature but in the end that's what makes him so different, he's constantly doing stuff which I like about him, beats all those DJ's who keep grabbing nobs and not doing anything with them... I hate it when I see that in videos haha.

And by chance Aeroplane is actually coming to Vancouver pretty soon, the promoting company bringing him here is actually hosting a competition and the winner gets to open for them (DJ compitition). I would enter it but it's 19+ because it's at a club and I'm only 18... :(
 
Oh man looks like I'll be hitting up 3 festivals this year!

Paradiso, CounterPoint... and now this guy in my home town! :D

How can you afford it!? haha I'm planning on hitting it up in 2014 when I have the money. Between flights, hotels, tickets, food... It would cost me way to much this year and I'm already in debt right now haha. I'll hit up the other festivals I got planned which are cheaper and closer (Counterpoint not much closer but still) and I got friends going to both. :)

I assume you're going to UMF because of your comment, have fun man, line up looks deadly!
