lol, when coke hits the US-MX border it's already like 2 parts cocaine, 1 part levamisole, typically.
The good stuff comes in on "go fast" boats straight from Columbia, and like 99:1 cocaine:levamisole. I actually had a batch like that once about the same time it showed up on Edata 2010
Another time was back in 2007, I got some stuff that was so OMG... Holy shit. Fish scale and ether smell to the max... That was the only blow I ever tried that didn't burn for an instance going up. The 99:1 stuff from 2010 did for like .01 seconds lol, but it was very close to the stuff from 2007 which had like no hangover and real smooth comedown. I did about a G of that and the next day my sinuses were NORMAL... WOW
To this day I have searched the ends of the earth looking for that kind of stuff, and only ONE OTHER time out of a 7 year period I found the best of the best, which is the only thing I consider "good" unless you're one who likes to fuck you sinuses. Many other times here in TX we get "pretty good" but that is like "uncut" which is still 1/3 levamisole (which eats your sinuses btw)...
Because levamisole is usually added by the Mexicans, who bring most of it in, by the cartels, before it even hits the border. So by the time it hits the streets of Washington, like Folley said, if you're lucky--it's like 15%. YEAAHHH cocaine
But what do you expect when the distribution level gets 65% pure, cuts it, then they give it to a dealer, who cuts it.
Here in TX, being a coastal state sharing a border with Mexico, we probably get the best shit aside from maybe Miami... Haven't heard about how the blow is there but I can imagine it being similar. I heard from some cali dudes TX has good blow though.

Nah, unless you were snorting like an 8ball (3.5 g) a day for a month straight, it was probably crap. Well to each his own definition of crap, I enjoy 99+% that you will run out of money doing long before you ever get a nosebleed, or even stuffy sinuses. I'd have ran out of money if the next batch my guy got was that pure, it's just rare. You got a better chance winning big on scratch-off lottery tickets than finding stuff like that.
My guys would get it straight from the distribution level and give it to me the way I they got it, so it was pretty much as good as it gets, and occasionally it would be no levamisole. I started doing research when one of the guys I got it from got leukemia, found out via the web that in the last 7 years levamisole has become an industry standard cut, because even though it makes your nose bleed, it cooks into crack really well, so you can take 50% coke 50% levamisole and make 100% crack, no loss of "product" even though the levamisole remains and wreaks havoc on your immune system.

Doesn't necessarily mean your dealer cut it one bit, because unfortunately this shit is added WAYY up the chain, because people on the street are generally careless/reckless and will put crap up their nose. I don't settle for crap, I just refuse to buy until drugs are legal or at least regulated like prescription and I KNOW what I'm putting in my body.

besides testing coke purity is quite easy with colour reactants no one purchasing at this level is going to settle for cuts. The cutting is for the retail end of the market.

Well I know an otherwise healthy dude did cocaine everyday and got leukemia at like 35, suddenly. Didn't smoke, did drink a little. He died.

Both times, the biggest chunks were about like salt. People have a misconception "off the brick" is the good stuff, but from my observation distributors re-brick the shit and make it "rock up"... The best stuff is loose and flaky.
