I tried using ketamine (IV) as a pseudo-anti-depressant. I'm still unsure if it worked, or if it was all in my head.

I'm kind of the same way if I dose orally with MDMA Sam. The initial dose is great, but no amount of redosing puts me back in the ballpark.

When I IV MDMA, I get consistent results. It is bizarre really. I'm sure tolerance comes into play a little bit. I can IV up to 300mg in a span of a couple hours one day, do it again the next, and the euphoria never stops. It just seems like the effects are never diminished. Sure that is probably horrible for me, but whatever. Yolo.

Edit : I know some people aren't down with IV administration of drugs. I speak from a reasonable respect in regards of the power of IV MDMA. I don't promote it, but I don't deny it. I enjoy it, and I think it is a viable aspect in regards of ROA for MDMA.

I think initial dose is your only real true 'buzz' of euphoria empathy and the social thing going on , after that you just get messy and gurny and sweaty and hot.
Gives you energy to keep raving but once i know i cant chase the md buzz thats when the key comes out to sniff ket lol
i guess once i go up i go so high i dont want to come back down.
 
Had my first bad acid trip on Saturday. Reminded me why MDMA is such a great drug. I'm seriously still reeling.
 
I've tripped on LSD at least 100 times.. only had one bad trip, but it was SOOO bad I had to be taken to the hospital, held down and injected with anti-psychotics.


Wasn't entirely my fault though, I had overdoses in the a HORRIBLE setting.



That's a shame though, there really is nothing better than a good acid trip. Even my "bad" (more like, difficult) trips were still amazing. That was the only one trip that really scared the shit out of me. I feel like if you take LSD in a nice safe and quiet setting, usually alone and have some good music playing, there really isn't much room for the trip to go wrong. It's when you start adding other people into the trip or go out into strange places that things can start to turn on you.

It is one of the most powerful psychedelic, after all. It's no drug.
 
I'm really bummed out that it went the way that it did because it was only my second LSD trip (the first time was a bit of a non-event) and I feel like now I can never try it again in case the anxiety this 14-hour nightmare of a trip has probably left scarred onto my psyche immediately takes me back to 'the dark place'. But, at the same time, having seen how intense it can be - really beyond anything I could describe or imagine - I have no doubt that a good trip must be one of the best things ever. Just not sure it's worth the risk of another journey into mind hell to ever find out.
 
^ After my NIGHTMARE of a trip (I saw my father turn into a manifestation of Satan, and thought the entire hospital was conspiring to tell me a message), I took shrooms a few weeks later and started to get into a really bad head space again... was almost worried I'd need to go to the hospital again. Well, I just put on some head phones and closed my eyes and was blasted into almost a DMT-esque trip that was THE most profound experience of my life. It was as if God had personally given me His grace, because He did..

Anyway haha the moral of the story is that just because you have one bad trip doesn't mean you should be scared away for life. It just means you need to learn from the bad to not have it happen again :)

I find LSD to combine a lot better with MDMA though, that's how I mostly use it these days. Takes away any negativity from the trip and turns it into a wholly positive experience.
 
personally, if i lay down and relax/mediate during the come up of an acid trip, it really helps guide the trip to good places. dont worry about how high you are, just relax and breathe.

I agree. I've had 100's of trips and plenty had difficult parts to them, but only one was what I would call bad, and it was entirely due to set and setting and taking a wee bit more than I should have.

I tend to advocate solo-tripping. Although being with a friend or two which you are really close and comfortable with can be some of the most memorable times, I find I've gotten more insight from solo trips. Your thoughts really can't turn too bad on you since you're not worrying about other people witnessing you in such a state. A difficult moment on LSD alone would just be you sitting there and working it out in your head or finding a small activity to take your mind in a different direction. As opposed to a particular worry and then an added worry of what someone may think of you worrying. And when you don't need to react to people around you, you're really able to go with the experience in a more uninterrupted way. It's sort of like the front row seat when you're alone. As opposed to the back where you occasionally have to tippy toe to see the action because peoples heads are getting in your way.

That's usually fun, but smething really weirdly fun is going on omegle and webcamming with peple o.O

Like, they will mostly hang up once you say you're on ecstasy, but I've met some badass people that really intensified my roll.

Edit : I don't dislike LSD, it just isn't my thing.

Compared to certain phenethylamines it just doesn't do it for me. The high feels bizarre and organic to me. I dunno, I just don't dig. Can you dig?

Yeah LSD has a very organic/bizarre feel to it, especially at high dosages.

DMT is the best psychedelic hands down. I would love to mix MDMA and DMT in an IV shot.
 
That would probably have you pretty far out there.

The only things I have mixed with MDMA for IV admin. Are Oxycodone and hydromorphone.

The MDMA and hydromorphone injection was before I was really into IV MDMA as well. I'm pretty sure I wrote a trip report about it.

On that note, I would IV certain tryptamines.
