1.8 after two years is pretty good.. With my genes I constantly have to be running to maintain the ability to run a certain distance, although calisthenics stays with you longer than strength or hypertrophy training, I can't go more than a few weeks without running before I notice decline.

i'd think you'd be relatively safe trying that, but thats just me. i was never much of an etard...i only wanna roll at shows now, and i havent rolled since june 2011 now, easy, but thats mainly cause i dont get to go to shows often lol.
i'd say 40 days and you should be safe, specially since you preload and stuff with that diet of yours.
but you're the only one who can make the decision, its your body/brain.
 
Ok well i didn't even get a comedown this tuesday. It's also winter, so i'd be getting the least sunlight this time of year so the least amount of L-Tryptophan is being converted.

No comedown says it all i guess.

i can hardly run aswell without feeling like im gunna have a heart attack lol.


but i said recently im gonna turn my life around, me and my bro are going to start going gym again.

ive had off white yellow crystals that were the size of a malteser lol.

thats the best crystals ive had i rekon better than clear crystals and brown crystals.

The MDA molly I had NYE was delicious, it made my mouth tingle.


It was a beautiful sand looking color, with just a tinnnyyyy hint of a sassy look too it. Pure powder, but you could tell it was all crystal. OMFG that shit was amazing, best roll of my life
 
Lol... the ammount of mg's of M you guys take would be hardly noticable to me, I need around 350-400 mgs for a good roll... Taking a break now though, but not sure when tolerance will start to drop.
