Spoons/bowls are different types of pipes ;)

A spoon has a rounded bowl and... well it looks like a spoon lol. A Bowl has a wider and usually bigger bowl, as well as a bit of a different stem.

Lol... they asked me to DJ in a freakin BAR. they know i play dark evil underground techno but they want it anyways... lol in a mainstream bar! looking forward to see how that works out >_<
 
Ive been listening to Hard Trance and Hard House myself,

lol, reminds me of all the times my eyes have circled the back of my brain, or when ive been ketted out my nut on a dancefloor and wonky as fuck.

i just got some standard glass spoon pipe from amazon for like a tenner. it's got a rush and everything.
 
well i've never heard anyone call it a carb and most of the people i hang around with smoke weed, so i don't think anyone does.

i did hear someone use the word 'dank' about a month ago though when i figured no one said that in the UK.

I don't live that far away from you and I hear people call it a carb. Just goes to show how slang varies.

rush makes sense to me because air rushes in through it when you take your finger off.
 
^ That's exactly what a carburetor does lol, it dilutes the smoke with air... just like the real thing


I guess it's like the difference between "running" and "canoeing", both mean a joint burning unevenly, but one is named that because when it happens the joint looks like a canoe haha :)

yeah. i think a lot of terms used in both america and the uk are because of the US's influence on mainstream culture in most of the western world.

wouldn't surprise me if the term 'molly' makes it into mainstream US culture (on tv and that) then people new to the MDMA scene here would call it that instead of mandy. while it's unlikely that americans would ever start calling it mandy.
