Alright, I don't know if it's okay to discuss this here, but if anyone is around, could you share some experience/advice.
During the come down from the roll, my friends partook in a little bit of some green, I think. (I'm not sure exactly - I got in the shower instead.) One friend has had a little difficulty with it. A little too intense for him, with some anxiety coming in waves (mostly from time dilation - moving way too slowly for his comfort) - it keeps coming at him, he'll be in a bad headspace for a few minutes, and then it'll go away and he'll feel just fine and happy and all rolly again (although the rest of us are down from the roll).
And he'll think he's good to go, but then a few minutes later he'll go off into the anxiety again. (Usually if he looks at the time. We've turned away the clocks and hidden the computer taskbar to try and prevent this.)
We've been hugging him, and getting him to eat, and just doing what we can. What do y'all advise is best to do? Have you ever been anxious on the green?
