haha sounds like a good time. I can't wait till the spring when my buddies start throwing some great undergrounds again, I'll most likely end up DJing a few of them too xD
 
^ that's dope id love to get more into the underground scene here in idaho.
boise has got a nice edm scene met some of the chillest kids I know at raves.

My older bro just got a house on some prime property down town and my twin bro djs constantly so I know we'll be throwing some dope house raves this summer.
p rolly after parties considering the venue is within walking distance.
 
Went to Amsterdam for a week and if you dig a little their scene is amazing. Was given 1.5 Blue Partyflocks at the end of the night and had a blast rolling round on the floor in the apartment, ended up wearing a head band as an eye patch because my eye wobbles were so bad and my vision was to blurred to change the TV channel.

I went to Trouw and Studio 80 mainly, got absolutely grilled trying to get into Studio 80. They tried to claim it was a private night (probably because I'm British) and I literally had to go through every artist that was on and pull out my phone and be like "I got directions to here because I like the music, if I just wanted to get pissed I'd be in the sports bar opposite that sell 30 Jagerbombs for 25 Euros".
 
Yeah the people at studio 80 can be a little uptight, probably has to do with it being smack in the middle of one of the most touristy areas. Did you happen to be at Trouw on saturday? If so we might have unknowingly met, had a little chat with a few Brits in the smoking area :)

I need to get me some CDJs, couldn't take my stuff with me I moved interstate :( See if you can get some minimal and trance in there! I was in the beat laboratory a couple weeks ago and fuuuuckkkkk meeeeee made such a sick mix I was hell proud of it :) flowed so good!

Can't get a pic of it as it ended up getting munched in one night. Oopsie. But from a visual perspective, it is strikingly similar to MDMA. It's not until you touch it and taste it that you notice a difference - which is great for dealers really. It really doesn't have the sticky touch that MDMA has, like you can't pick it up with your finger tip like you can with MDMA. The taste is also reasonable - it didn't have me creasing with disgust it just tasted slightly chemically - no bitter punch. It's actually not a bad drug at all, my friend found it more clear-headed but lacking in intensity and duration. I ended up combining it with MDMA which worked really well, I had one of the best nights of my life. The general consensus from the methylone-only people was 'It's good, but it's not MDMA'. But I can certainly see why lots of people enjoy it and feel as if they're rolling. I'd probably recommend it to someone who is tentative about experiencing a full-blown MDMA high, as a taster of what it feels like.

How about some Minimal Hardstlye? ;)





^ I wouldn't be surprised at ALL if a large majority of UK Bluelighters have taken methylone without even realizing it. I'd say it's rather unlikely that they would even notice the fact they went through half a gram in a night and still didn't get that high.

But, yeah. It's not bad... it's just not MDMA.
 
Day two without caffeine... Drank a mocha... Oops.

Totally ordered it out of habit and realized once it was in my hands... decided not to waste the $2 and drank it. Lets try again tomorrow >.>

Well, in the two years i've been taking MDMA this is the first time I've stumbled across methylone being sold as MDMA. I really don't think dealers care what they're selling as long as the customer feedback is sound. Like when I was speaking to the guy he was telling me how people were loving it and saying how much they enjoyed it. He could be lying, but the conversation felt genuine and I didn't feel like he was bullshitting me. So to him, it's doesn't matter as long as the feedback is good. Considering that people take MDMA far too much, it's probably not surprising that they find methylone to be really enjoyable. The mere fact that they have no tolerance to it probably makes it novel, exciting and fun. They probably just come to the conclusion that it was 'good MDMA'. Just a theory I guess but makes sense to me.

Also, it certainly wouldn't fool an experienced user of MDMA so I doubt that lots of people buy it and don't realise it's different. The classic subjective properties of MDMA like the sticky touch and bitter taste just aren't there. I knew as soon as I took it out the bag that it wasn't MDMA. So my heart kind of sank before I even tested it. The test just confirmed my suspicions and actually identified what it was (thought it might have been some random RC or even the 2C's at one point).

At least if people are abusing methylone instead of MDMA, they'll have a harder time completely draining their serotonin.... Silver-linings.
 
Tomorrow... Moving day. Gotta move everything out of the old apartment into the new one. We get the keys at 330 and have to be out by midnight. Fml. There's a 5-10 inch snow prediction too.

So... yesterday was moving day. I don't think I've ever been so sore in my entire life. Ugh. I finally have my own room... and a BED! So... SQUEE!!!

And Comcast... I did my own install. I love how they tell you that you have to have a professional installation because you have an X1 DVR... All I did was take the splitter from the old apartment, route the cable in the living room to my bedroom (no outlet in here), hook up a splitter and run one line to the cable box, one to the modem and powered everything up. Did a signal check on the cable modem and the cable box, verified all 5 tuners are working on the box, and voila. I'm going to call them tomorrow and get a supervisor to no-truck the transfer because I'm not paying 66 bucks for him to come out and plug in the signal meter, tell me great job and leave. -.-

I also verified that MoCA is working (any room DVR) in the diagnostics and I'm going to hook that up tomorrow after we get my roommate's TV in. Should be interesting trying to do that... considering that his 5 million pound dresser is blocking the cable jack. lol.

But... my own room! YAY! ^_^
 
^ Nice dude, my friend just moved in with me and hopefully we'll be getting a new place soon. Got some 15 inch speakers and an 18inch woofer in place of the KRKs... GOOD FUCKING CHOICE. We can legit throw shows now with my buddies gear combined :D

Nice Folley! 18"!? That's a HUGE woofer!

On a side note I just spent $400 today... God damn safety gear for off roading... >.> A spare tire and rim ran me about $300 and a hi-lift jack was another $80... Going to pick up the jack today and might get a collapsible shovel as well, tire should hopefully be on the roof of my Ford by tuesday or wednesday by the latest. Spring 4x4ing here I come! :D
