You can overdose on temazepam, but it alone probably isnt going to kill you (same with most benzos)
I "overdosed" on temazepam, but just woke up 3 days later...dont remember going to the hospital or anything...
Temazepam is apparently the benzo easiest to cause death with, cause it acts like barbiturates to some degree, but realistically no benzo by itself will likely kill you, its mixing benzos with opiates/alcohol that will kill you very quickly however.
I'd go for ativan if i were you, you wont want klonopin or valium for sleep (and most doctors probably wouldnt write it for sleep---the half lives of klonopin and valium are rather long for use as a sleep aid)
 
I'm definitely going to write Ativan down as an option - thanks for telling me about it. Seems like it would be safer than something as strong as Temazepam anyway.

And, yeah, I've never overdosed on a benzo but have done so with a sedative before...thankfully I didn't take a lethal dose, so instead I just slept for a really long time (my parents thought I was sick)... So, I guess that'd be my only fear with a new medicine (though the fear is just as real with Zolpidem)...that I would have a manic episode and try to OD on something. So knowing it's not likely to actually be lethal will A) be comforting just in case something like that happens and B) probably keep me from even trying anything like that in the first place. ^^;;



But, yeah...as tweakyb said, moving on. What is everyone up to right now?
 
Trying to fix my flash drive. Something fucked it up when I plugged it into my computer and it wont recognize it, but its allowing me to scan and fix it. Fucking weird :| I hate Windows.

I get annoyed with Windows pretty easily, but I can't stand Apple OS stuff even more. >< I need to learn how to use Linux.

The scan worked. I wasnt gonna risk physical damage to it since I have stuff for school on it.

Windows has been annoying me since 95 :| So glad I have a MacBook. Definately an OS X fan (Cant wait for Lion =D), and even though I dont have too much experience with it, I like Linux a lot more than Windows also.
