I'm not sure if it was sent with one. I really hope it was because that would mean that at the very least it was sent via priority mail.

I always thought that police in America go way overboard in car chases.

I mean, is it really necessary to have 10 or more police cars following one suspect?

that dude was speeding real bad in an 18 wheeler....AND they even shot the tires/tire off in the front and he was still running
the dude i found out when i looked into it was a murderer from the 80s who had been living under a fake name
 
Still, I think the Police are in the wrong. Having 10 or more cars on the road is just an accident waiting to happen imo.

Here in Australia, We usually have the police helicopter with all the latest night vision, infrared shit giving direction's to maybe 2 police units on the ground.
 
well, id be willing to bet that was a mix of state police and police for whatever county that is, so that could be why
but yeah they had helicopters and whatnot on that as well..i think
