Well, hello mates BL'ers. So, i take h for a lot of years. When i prepare it for shooting, i use citric acid, or a tiny piece of vit C, or lemon juice. I've never use vinegar, and my question is: Does the red vinegar works (the h is powder, not rock or pieces, just fine powder, and it's colour is like tanning white, i wanna say it's a little bit brown, not clear white[thailand], but not dark brown either, i think you got it..). Now i have only red vinegar..and as i haven't used vinegar before, (so fuckin years of shooting and never with vinegar..kinda strange..8)anyfuckinway..) i'm just asking if the red vinegar works, and if it does, i must use only the vinegar, or with water (and if with water how much, maybe 50% or what..). I'm sure that a lot of BL'ers can help me, so i'm waiting mates, cause if i wait a lot, i fuckin know that i'll snort it, and heh... Oh, and don't forget to mention that it's gonna be IM, not IV, although i think that it doesn't make a different...So, people, give me your lights...%)

Don't use lemon juice anymore. It can contain plant matter which can cause all sorts of problems if injected.

As for the vinegar, I have only heard of using white distilled vinegar. Is the red distilled? I have seen some red solid floating around in some of the older vinegar I have had around, so you should use the white distilled vinegar in my opinion.

Vinegar is about the same acidity as lemon juice, which are both a little more acidic than citric. You are going to have to dilute the vinegar after you dissolve the heroin in it, or it will burn and be bad for your veins.

Do not use "red" apple cider vinegar; it can have plant matter and fungal/bacterial life that can cause serious problems. Just like lemon juice. Only use clear white distilled vinegar or single-usage sterile vitamin C/citric acid sachets. You can also buy citric acid at many drugstores too.

I noticed that the OP mentioned that this would be for IM injection. I've used clear white distilled vinegar for IV shots.
Is using vinegar also acceptable for the OP's purposes?
Considering how un-pleasant missing with vinegar is I'd assume it's not the greatest to IM?
Just curious as I would have assumed that vinegar isn't the greatest to IV & even worse to IM.
However, I'm basing that on personal experience & subjective feelings so please correct me if I'm wrong.
Basically I'd like a little more elaboration on the answers to the OP's post if possible. Thanks.

Well, as i see from the most of your answers, i'll stick to the citric acid. Fuck, it's surely the better, and i hate the smell of vinegar...Industrial, a miss shot hurts whatever have you used to dissolve it, as i'm sure you already know..But, yeah, if an IV shot with vinegar burns a little, i suppose that an IM shot would burn more. Man, i knew the citric acid was the best..eh, and by the way, i snort the fuckin h, couldn't resist..Thanks for your replies%)

yea i wouldnt use red wine winegar or anything but white distilled vinegar to fix a shot. that must be a pain in the ass having to do that shit when youre sick, all shaking and sweaty trying to get everything in the spoon. i was always in such a rush, having to do that extra few steps would have been like arrh! haha

dont the needle exchanges give out packets of vit c? i was under the impression that ascorbic acid (vit c) was the best to use. never had to make a shot alkaline before bc we get hcl dope
