I usually try to do pushups with my hands in fist form, knuckles against the ground. I find my palm usually gives way towards the end, and I fear I may be doing more harm than good to my hand and wrists, so I think I'm gonna go back to normal push ups till I get into a more stable routine. Any recommendations? I think I'm just gonna keep it simple for now. Not that I can't do them, I'd just rather not worry about wrist pain, even if I haven't experienced any yet.
