phens & ergoloids are best for music, tryps arent bad but they dont have that sharp intelectual edge, that overanalyzing speed of amped up neurons.
IMO music doesn't sound very good on mushrooms, it lacks the sound enhancement that you get from LSD and RC's.

cybernetic melodies
and the longer you hold that opinion, the farther it will ever be for you..
What are these?
IMO music doesn't sound very good on mushrooms, it lacks the sound enhancement that you get from LSD and RC's.
But LSD is better than all IMO, I can actually forget what a song is called or who it is by and no recognize a song on LSD and it sounds amazing.
But on DOB I tend to get overwhelmed by sound itself(not the music itself) and have to always change the song. DOB annoys me with music, it's like as soon as I see that I am enjoying it then suddenly I'm not.
Such a weird drug.
I've come to associate phens more with a sort of brainy clarity and sharpness, like the technological virtual realities of sci-fi. The tryptamine experience, in comparison, is more archetypal, tribal, and organic.
IMO tryptamines are suited to sitting and drumming on a hand drum, very organic and primal music-making.
My 'shamanic' playlist just has more organic stuff. It starts with halycon+on+on just because that's the song that usher me into space my first ayahuasca session. Then there's more indo, something called tribal trance (didgeridoos and bongos and flutes) and then there are a
bunch of icaro's from a true ayahuascaro. This is the perfect playlist for ayahuasca.

For some reason when I listen to music I am even somewhat familiar with on DMT it's just not as magical or deep.
