Music on dxm is my absolute favorite. It's so hard to describe what it does to you, but the best way I describe it is it makes you feel like a human kaleidoscope.

Anyways, my favorites on dxm are Benny Benassi, Boys Noize, and Does It Offend You, Yeah?

My favorites on mushies are Boards of Canada and Animal Collective

Depending on the lsd trip, I either prefer my dxm music, or my shrooms music. But music on acid isn't really all that special to me.

Lately I've been digging:

SUNDIAL AEON - APOTHEOSIS

'Dark Breaker' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFk3DSNFP9I

'Pleasure Impact' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3mm8UO3GAM

'Snail's Home' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3xBJ12i-c4
..............................................................................................................

MYSTICAL SUN - ENERGY MIND CONSCIOUSNESS

'Protostar' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uV3ZDectgpo

'Blue Lotus' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0D0rmX1PXg
.........................................................................................................................

and of course TETSU INOUE - ORGANIC CLOUD rarely leaves my cd player. Maximally exquisite ambience...

'Bionic Commune' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdOfAm5n3w4

Dxm is one of my favorite substances to listen to music on, particularly alone with my eyes closed. Its hard to put into words but it kind of feels like I'm moving physically through a tunnel along with the music. Sort of like an electrical current or something

I know everyone and their dog who cares at all about psychedelic electronica is probably quite familiar with them already but I recently rediscovered my Infected Mushroom collection after seeing them live a few weeks ago (amazing show, btw!). They've earned some iTunes time on pretty much every recent trip since then.

I wanna run, run, run to the cities of the future! :)

BTW, my new favorite IM track which I don't think I had ever heard before this latest period of obsessive listening: I Wish.

Also, a shout out to a good college buddy of mine who makes electronic music inspired mostly by LSD, DXM and his own weirdness ;) http://www.nevenen.com , hope it's OK to link to an external site, he's not selling anything aside from asking you to pay him $1 if you want high bitrate / alternative format versions of any of his tracks.

Music is such an absurd puzzle. How notes become touching and how much you miss by being selective... Makes me dizzy.

Yeah I've had an IM revival after seeing them at SummaFieldDayze a while back. They finished their set with Cities of the Future.

Somethin about the beatles...

There is something about beatles music that put me in an awesome mood while im trippin!!

Try listening to Beatles Love trippin. Its awesome!!:D

Anyone listen through the entire Massive Attack album Mezzanine whilst tripping? If so, how was it?

magical mystery tour is a perfect trip album, it takes you through all the great trippy emotions

also, most beatles songs aren't terribly long, so the novelty doesn't wear off and it keeps changing.

They are really good while tripping, my third favorite to listen to after Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd.

I think they are overrated, that's just me though...

I'm a deadhead, so that is my personal fave.

Hell yeah, they're my favorite as well. the first time i did a high dose of mushrooms i listened to blues for allah over and over again. amazing experience

A Beetles trip is good stuff. I had an LSD trip a long time ago where I listened to a lot of their albums consecutively. There's a lot more to revolution 9 than I thought there was :D
