If I'm totally honest, I don't think there's a whole lot in it. I would be comfortable using my doses interchangeably as any potency difference would be fairly minimal. I do tend to use less than 30mg a time though, it's probably more pronounced at higher doses.
 
To me and my housemate the compound was much more valuable sublingually than insufflated. We know how drugs like 2C-B are pretty different snorted compared to oral so don't dismiss the significance of the ROA too quickly just because this isn't 2C-B.

I started with MXE again recently and while I am more positively impressed than I was about a year ago (I even flushed it then), it still does not attract me in any major way. The first recent time I tried it, I went like 5+10+15+25+a bit more in milligrams. So the 25-30 mg doses reported earlier are something I can understand and it also falls nicely in that 10-80 range which would be the range from a little taste to a full sitting (that is not a binge) IMO. How long a gram will last you depends on your frequency of dosing and redosing obviously.
 
As a heavy user with a significant tolerance, I find 80mg to 100mg to be the sweet spot. If I put 100mg into a single line and snort it, I receive satisfactory effects. I won't M-hole but that is not what I would be going for on such a dose. In my experience this drug is best when used lightly, not in excess. I unfortunately have such a high natural tolerance to it now that I require 100mg+ doses to receive effects where I feel like I don't need any more.

For those who are new to this compound, upwards of 50mg is recommended. I personally recommend splitting up dosing, for example if you were to do 100mg like I would normally do, I'd do 50mg then wait 5 to 10 minutes and finish off the remaining 50mg. Staggered dosing just works out better in my experience and I'm sure many here will agree with me. Transformedit: This is very high for a user with no tolerance. Most users suggest around 25mg for the first time.

That's pretty awesome. I think I may try eating 15mg, insuff-ing 10mg :)
 
For maximum efficiency plugging is the way to go with MXE. At this point there's so much evidence that it's the best that there's no denying it. I'm biased though, so, I must admit, I want to live in a world where I walk into a club and see everybody dropping their pants and shoving needless syringes up their butts with abandon.
 
How about oral tiny amounts with this? (once a month to avoid tolerance). I read from various users the "m-hole" experience, and sounds a bit scary to me, but the "drunkenness" of mxe along with peaceful, happy, emphatic states (from some people) calls a lot my attention. Is it worth a low oral dosage (15-30 mg) once a month with this chemical? or can be a waste of time, uninteresting, not fun enough experience?

Highly recommended, if you can maintain the once a month usage. This drug is extremely moreish. I find myself using it up til it's all gone when I have large amounts. Very hard to say no for some people, though not all find it as enjoyable as some of us do. Just please be careful.
 
LOw doses are extremely nice.
For me 3 - 10mg is a low dose, 15-30mg would be pretty trippy.
Obviously I have very little tolerance.

Smallish amounts orally work great. It tends to hit me in about 20 minutes if I take it orally. However, it can be highly addictive, depending on your attitude to those things. My personal solution to that is to not keep very much around at once. And I don´t have enough cash to get it too often, so the problem solves itself!

Make sure to have good music around when you dose. For me that´s really essential to the MXE experience.

I don't believe I didn't think of this! I've only plugged it twice but both experiences were very enjoyable and efficient. As I mentioned though, even snorting is not convenient enough for me so pluggin barely enters the picture.
 
Oh, and as to how MXE intersects with spiritual efforts, raising the consciousness, etc... this is my experience. It doesn´t have much to do with the MXE - it´s more about what underlying methods you are using for spiritual advancement. If those underlying methods are genuine, it doesn´t matter much whether you do this or that drug, don´t do any drug, go into the woods, have sex, abstain from sex, etc.

The quest of spirituality is merely an earnest attempt to know who you are in reality. If you have this desire earnestly, you can turn anything into a spiritual tool. But if you are not earnest, no tool will do much.
 
I've heard MXE lowers tolerance to amphetamines? Something to do with the "nmda receptor"... Can someone inform on this? How much is known..
 
That's great, would be really suitable to keep my add meds effective for the long-term. What alternatives are you suggesting?

snorting mxe is so amazing that i dont get why people bother with sublingual, the worst roa ever invented.
 
Salt and vinegar chips are the best. I don't know why anyone bothers with cheese and onion.
