do you mean ergine? what is erginine?I don't know but i think erginine is where the magic is.
Interesting. This had me go to the Iso-LSD page on wiki and specifically mentions isoergine being active with a bunch of sources (that I didn't check). Interesting that Iso-LSD is inactive and Iso-Ergine IS active...
Ergine and erginine can interconvert. Afaik ergine binds more strongly but it has been theorised by David Nichols that erginine may have better brain penetrability and then converts into the (more) active ergine. None of this has been sufficiently proven as now as far as I'm aware (e.g. if the kinetics of isomerisation are fast enough).Interesting. Extraction discussion is allowed on bluelight, but you might get more visibility posting a dedicated thread also. Just don't let those LSI kids bogart/commandeer it.I have an extraction i devised.
It is very viable. I actually came up with 2 viable extractions, to isolate alkaloids cleanly and easily. If it ok to post them here?

Hi. I just realized something,"My chemical investigations of Ololiuhqui seeds led to the unexpected discovery that the entheogenic principles of Ololiuhqui are alkaloids, especially lysergic acid amide, which exhibits a very close relationship to lysergic acid diethylamide (=ʟsᴅ). It follows therefrom that ʟsᴅ, which hitherto had been considered to be a synthetic product of the laboratory, actually belongs to the group of sacred Mexican drugs."

Hi back at you. Again no synth talk please.Hi. I just realized something
Yeah the govt watching and even participating dont want people to know how to make cid that long time curiosity by tons of people the whole time everywhere.Hi back at you. Again no synth talk please.
This thread got me reading a little, morning glories were also used by ancient mesoamericans to create the heavy rubber balls for their ball game. The more you know huh."My chemical investigations of Ololiuhqui seeds led to the unexpected discovery that the entheogenic principles of Ololiuhqui are alkaloids, especially lysergic acid amide, which exhibits a very close relationship to lysergic acid diethylamide (=ʟsᴅ).
