Lysergamides The Big & Dandy ETH-LAD Thread

Orange juice for some reason has that effect on alot of people on lsd. I find it quite funny and ironic. All lsd horror stories are about a dude who thinks he is a glass of oj lol.
But i do love oj and lsd it does seem to help things gel better than if you were drinking water or soda i dont get that effect. Its wierd but i hear you sourclouds it happensevery time i open the fride and take a drink while tripping. O.j is a must on lysergamines or mushrooms.
 
I left the tab on my tongue for about 10 minutes before swallowing. Drank o.j during and after that. Maybe it's just a thing with lysergimides that they can be unpredictable with every experience, or maybe the o.j just gave it a boost...

I really enjoyed this last experience on Eth, it totally and pleasantly surprised me this time around. I Love this compound even more now, it was better than when I dosed 200mcg, go figure...
 
Took ~175ug after a pretty long break. I think I must have had some sort of tolerance with my previous usages because holy hell was this way too intense.

I can definitely attest to the "double peaked" come up, so to speak, that Xorxoth mentioned earlier. For the first hour and a half I felt fantastic, music sounded excellent and I was getting pretty good visuals. It felt as if things had smoothed out and reached apex, then all the sudden about half an hour later, the intensity ratcheted up ten fold - OEVs were so intense it was dizzying, and previously nonexistent nausea manifested. Thoughts were confused and illogical, communication was next to impossible, and short term memory became severely impaired until the effects diminished after about another hour and a half.

Next time, I plan to go no higher than 125, even though I had previously explored this substance at around 170ug and found it enjoyable. I think tolerance (or lack thereof, currently) is definitely an issue at play when attempting to figure out the huge disparity between the intensity of these experiences.

For my next few trips, I think I may just stick with 1p-LSD, which, while not as interesting as ETH-LAD, has proven to be far more consistent in its effects & intensity thus far.
 
I thought 150 ug was just right.. brought me to the edge of almost wanting to eat 1mg Xanax knock me out... Never had to before but you know... just in case..
 
Did 200ug at a psychedelic festival last weekend and was crazily intense visually, but very friendly on the mind. With a trip of LSD as visually intense, I would have got a bad trip for sure due to set & setting.
 
I have a long TR I might submit to Erowid at some point. Still on the fence about it.

The one thing I want to say about it is: don't combine it with weed. While at first it greatly enhanced the euphoric aspects of it, the megalomania and paranoia that emerged were a bit too much, and could have proved disastrous, as I decided to leave the comfort of my home. Luckily I had very supportive friends around to keep me grounded. Don't take this in public if you're not used to it and don't have friends around who know how to deal with someone tripping hard to the point of seeing conspiracies everywhere and forgetting you've taken a drug (sigh).

That particular experience convinced me to quit weed altogether, which is pretty much where I'm at right now, over 4 months later.

At 125 µg I didn't find it more visual than LSD, just different and colder. The euphoria at the peak was almost indistinguishable from LSD. Mindfuck perhaps a bit less intense, but I'd have to try again (without weed of course) to really form an opinion on that. It may take several months before I decide to try it again.

That might me true for inexperencied users, but I really can't launch to hyperspace with psychedelics or dissociatives if I don't take weed with them, except I take an insane ammount (And I prefer to take a moderate one and just go to where I want smoking weed afterwards)
 
N2O always does the trick for me if I'm not where I want to be trip wise or "launching off" as you put it
 
I like and use both N20 and cannabis to launch me back again; after a peek.. I even use DMT.
I can understand that, with some folk, it can scatter you momentary into a fear loop.. that is depending on your individual belief system.
 
All these shulgin and not shulgin (ALD-52) ergotamines have the same safety profile as LSD. Do not take when pregnant, even by just 2 months, they used to use an ergoloid to stimulate birth giving, I don't know which, maybe it was the same as the classic ergotamine tartrate migraine pills but one could have a "rejection", I'm sorry, I'm bilingual but I don't read much women's health magazines so..you know what I mean misbirths? nah I get that underlined red. The only one I cannot speak for is PRO-LAD as it is not available at all (I'm pretty sure of this assertion). Also warning if you're a bit older (it starts at 30) where one can get excessive constriction of the arteries, one could get cold extremities like with stimulants, your girlfriend's butt over your feet usually do the trick ;) but only massive doses have killed people that way, by arteries blowing up. Some case studies on Erowid, where 5 poor souls mistook their LSD crystal for cocaine, I think only 2 survived. Keep in mind that's like snorting multiple whole sheets of LSD at once.

Thanks, I was too busy to look it up. But there is some cases of deaths from LSD from the 60's and 70's, very few, it was all extreme doses, what happened is that they had multiple arteries become so constricted the blood burst out in the brain and body. I know I read this on Erowid or maybe even the Lycaeum.

As far as I have read, there is one confirmed death from LSD alone, a guy who IVed 300mg thinking it was speed. Also an elephant died when injected with some insane, horrific quantity. I have not read of any other deaths other than of course people dying in combinations or from behavioral factors.
