snorting dpt hcl was not especially painful for me.. a little bit but it was not as bad as snorting mdma. i've never sniffed a 2c chem but from what i've heard i would think they are much more painful than dpt. i found the drip to be a lot more unpleasant than the pain with dpt.

50 mgs should be a pretty good starting dose.. enough to get a feel for it without being overwhelmed

same with me.
But the drip made it almost unbearable for me, it was disgusting.

50mg should be a good starting dose for insufflation.
IME 60mg was on the weaker side and i ended up smkoing a bit more to get me fully immersed.

Smoking is a much better ROA IMO.
It requires a smaller dose and isnt too nasty tasting.

Try turning some into freebase and giving it a shot.
 
yeah, the drip is pretty unpleasant, especially with a powerful psychedelic starting to take effect

i've been sitting on some hcl for like a year without doing any now for that reason.. i should definitely try to get around to converting it to freebase sometime. id really like to try smoking dpt and dmt together
 
Snorting DPT stings a bit, and the drip is not exactly pleasant, but its pretty bearable imo. Though, I have snorted some pretty nasty things in the past, so maybe Im just jaded.
I guess one of the problems with DPT is that you have to insufflate quite a bit of material, and the drip lasts for a good while.
 
Smoking HCl? Will it work? Smoking by burning (i.e. in a cigarette)... ?
 
If you're in a pinch for smoking it, mix the HCl with an equal amount of baking soda in a foil thimble and vape that... It'll make a crude freebase when dried and heat is applied, ~25mg did in a pinch. Although ideally you only want 1/3rd to 1/4 the amount of soda, that's hard to do with such a small amount.
 
Personlally I suggest a bit lees crude metod. Whit the aboce statet methiod you tisk inhaling a subnsatinsital amount of baking powder/base, which is no good for the lungs. please take you self a bit exttra time for at proper basification an addiotional workop. Youll end up with a much better produkt :)
 
Yeah, that's what I've been told, but that method will work for a psychedelic crackhead in need of his fix :P LOL but it IS important to remember that this is active stuff, and you can make it inactive or harmful for you by fucking up. It's not exactly the chemistry blowing up in your face trying to mix meth, but it IS the considered flesh of the Gods to some... So a little respect is deserved and should be given.
 
i love DPT... but you need such a high dose to get a really mystical journey, its quite an expensive product overall... but hey, i got a free sample (9 out of 10 on the Phatass scale.;; like the richter scale but phater (haha i allready cracked that in another post;;; oh well...)

What kinda dosages do you go for?

You're a mod, you should know better. Different densities of various chemicals etc...

It's irresponsible, IMO. <3 you but please don't promote that sort of behavior.

as is mine, and a couple of others on this thread. have not sampled it yet though. it is a very dark purple, almost black.

I have had no problem with quality from this vendor before, so I'm hoping it's ok. someone else mentioned dark brown and it worked fine. hopefully it's just an impurity from the synth that doesn't really affect potency.

edit: however I have never tried DPT before, so I have no frame of reference to judge the purity of this batch. I don't believe I know anyone who has either who I could give a sample. I will definitely start low, no more than 50 mg.
