I found DCK to cause some residual insomnia like how MXE does, where the effects are basically gone but you just can't sleep even if you're tired. It's not uncomfortable, but that's how it was for me.

Moreish stuff. Needed to give my disso stash to a friend as I fell in a redosing everyday pattern for two weeks. Binge ended with depression, destroyed stomach flora, insomnia and a lot of craving. Clean for two weeks now and aiming for a full detox of everything... Dissociatives were fucking with my life since forever, so bad I can't seem to control myself with disos, I keep lying to myself for justifying usage and end with low self confidence because of that

How did you know your stomach flora was destroyed?
that was what the doctor said when I came to him after a week of full diarrhea after binge. Probiotics solved everything.

Hmm, that lends credence to the idea that o-PCM is an antibiotic. At least when binged on.
Yeah, I would relate it to anything (bad alimentation or whatever) except the drug if it was the first time, but I noted that after a week or so of daily usage I always end with some nasty dhiarrea for some alarming long time.
This has happened to me more than 3 times by now, beeing that last binge the worse. I abused my 3-meo-pcp, 2-oxo-pce, ketamine or mxe in similar ways (Even more hardcore!) without any disconfort like this...
Though, this could also be just my individual reaction to this precise batch, having nothing to do with o-pcm at all.

Has anyone tried combining this with any other dissos yet? I'm curious how 3-meo-pce or (to a lesser extent) O-Pce would combine.
3-meo combines perfectly with 2-oxo-pcm, I usually tend to snort 2-oxo-pcm while on 3-meo if I want a bit of sedation or aiming to hole

I Just wanted to add my opinion after trying this drug. Two different batches: Earlier one was clear, damp crystals, Most recent is translucent off-white large, dry crystals. My initial impression is the off white batch was stronger, but see my comments below for my reasons to doubt this.
At first, I was very happy with it. It comes on in a pronounced manner: computer monitor, TV way too bright. I've also had a strong aural effect on a 140 mg dose(I have perma-tolerance) where the sound of a window air conditioner in the next room, and the floor fan, which normally are easy to tune out, became HUGE presences. The sound was loud, and seemed like a powerful "thing" that must be shown respect. The sounds also had an indistinct, human like muttering that I couldn't understand. Perhaps because I'm experienced, this didn't bother me(except for how LOUD it was!), and I was rather bemused, like "I can't believe how dissociated I am, this is NUTS!). I should note that on MXE, the sound of running water(kitchen tap or toilet flush) always had a strange, echoey, reverberated quality, which made it sound huge.
At first it really scratched that MXE itch, and I suppose it will have to do. But, like others have said, it lacks the depth, complexity and magic of MXE. No figuring out confusing and complex social group dynamics, no feelings of synchonicity, of fate and inevitability, like "This chem came into my life right when I was ready and able to benefit from it"
But O-PCM does have a decent antidepressant effect for several days. O-PCE as well, which I consider less recreational. I should note that I bought all my MXE from the original vendor in early 2011, and it lasted almost three years. Quite a few of my experiences on MXE(25%?) were kind of "blah", or confusing and kind of negative. Yet, the next day, I always got an antidepressant effect. Although that effect was less apparent with increased usage, like it's a side effect that goes away with use.
Some people seem so eager to blame substandard or negative experiences on a new batch, but in my experience, substantial variation of experience can happen within the same batch over time. I recall a post of someone who had a sheet of blotter LSD in his freezer for a year, and didn't tell his friends it was all from the same sheet, and they were sometimes thinking the hits were much stronger than the last ones, or much weaker, and yet they were all from the same sheet. He also admitted his experiences were so variable that he could easily believe that the drug was degrading, yet the next experience was the best yet.
Finally, I am curious if any males out there have noticed an inability to get an erection on seemingly all dissociatives I've tried. It feels somewhat similar to when I was on the SSRI paroxetine, where I could not get an erection or achieve orgasm. Has anyone tried viagra? Would it work in such a situation? This question is really the one I want others experiences.

Word. Great post. That's my experience too. I've tried three different batches sourced from three different continents. All had different appearances from gummy white crystals, to off-white powder to white powder. Hard to say what's what. There are phases with this substances. Dose-to dose variation can be dramatic. Eventually long term repeated use will reveal a flip side. Take a break when your thoughts start to become unpleasant. Feeding more of this substance when things start to turn can lead to a rebound period of depressed mood IME.
Sleep, as in loss of awareness, becomes non-existent after a while when I use these daily. I still go to bed and rest but just lay there without going out. It's manic sleep. Feels restful if thoughts are still, but if thoughts are racing it is unpleasant. Better than nothing but gonna take its toll eventually. This is also a sign to take a break IME.
I've been very strict about exercise, eating habits and lifestyle choices when using these. More so than at any time in my life. The good mood this provides can be used like fuel to make dramatic changes in ones lifestyle. In that sense it is an amazing tool. Like all tools that produce good feels and alter consciousness, it won't last if you use it in a harmful way. thats the way it should be. Cats are curious though.
^^ Please, listen to this guy, he is so right... I fell into the infinite loop of taking more 2-OxO-PCM to fix my depression one day, and the next day, and the next again... A depression that wasn't there before use and that obviously the abuse of the substance started, just falling deeper and deeper into it without realization.

how would users of this drug rank its addiction potential compared to other drugs? (if you've used MXE and K i'd love a rating of those too, on the same scale).
I find it more-ish like MXE. As in I feel the need to redose before coming down. If I had a more addictive personality I could see myself doing this many times a week. Also like MXE I enjoy doing just about anything on it, including nothing.

Ed, I can't speak for DXE or whatever the fuck it's called this week, but I posted several MXE sex experiences a few months ago. I would do 50-150mg IM and my GF would do the same and we'd fuck all day long. Admittedly, orgasm was a bit more difficult than usual, but only to a useful degree. Sometimes we'd also add 10mg 3-MEO-PCP to the mix without any detrimental efects.
I also fuck like a rabbit when I do Ketamine.
I'm 56 if that makes any difference.
I don't have an abundance of experience with many different disso's, but the ones I mentioned just make me horny as Hell.
As for the Viagara, never tried it.

Regarding the substances potentially/alleged antibiotic properties: Let's say it does in fact destroy stomach flora. Could this negative side effect be negated by IM and/or IV administration?
Mainly I'm curious about IM (I found IV to be extremely short-lived, as in mere minutes, as well as lacking any depth; it was a lot like half of a whippet).
I'm no doctor, nor do I have much knowledge about anatomy, but I would speculate that much less of the substance would reach the stomach than if taken orally or insufflated.
Can anyone shed some light on this theory? In my experience, continued IM use, which has become my only RoA, doesn't affect my digestion bowels. However, I am not the best test subject considering I have IBS as well as lactose intolerance which cause me to have ... let's say "very unpleasant" soft bowels all the time -- and I periodically take probiotics. Maybe the flora-murder went unnoticed to me.

Hypothetically, if it would affect intestinal flora (which I don't think it does), parenteral administration like IM should really limit the amount of drug exposed to your intestinal flora.
Gut bacteria can't enter the blood stream unless you drank a lot of alcohol for example, but the other way round, molecules like this drug can pass in and out of the blood stream. Still of course since it gets spread across the body if you take it via IM you get a lot less exposure to the gut to begin with, compared to when you take it orally and it starts out restricted to the gastrointestinal tract!
I highly doubt that a lot of the drug would manage to come a very long way into the small intestines let alone the colon, even if taken orally... but yeah I guess theoretically it's quite smart to take it IM. I personally am a strong advocate of IM use, assuming that a wheel filter is used and everything.
It doesn't make sense that IV wouldn't work though... I never IVed anything and don't plan to either, also I must say that IV K doesn't sound appealing to me while IM K does and is (was).
Since theoretical analysis and preliminary data is no substitute for actual safety studies, I would still be on my qui vive if I were you, stopping if you notice anything extra unusual about your guts. IME, ketamine can be pretty terrible on the guts anyway and unless I'm mistaken this is not necessarily from any actual exposure to the inner linings of the GI tract.

I have almost all of this left, I only tried it twice and didn't care for it too much, I'd be more inclined to try it again if it didn't prohibit me from sleeping for hours afterwards. Still, I've been thinking I should give it a try again soon, at a higher dose than last time.
Me too dude.. tried it once and only considered revisiting because I'm fresh out of all other dissos. I got like an hour+ of decent effects and then had to put up with nearly a day of feeling really shitty and immobilized. It's quite possible my tolerance is too high to use this properly.
