The Big & Dandy 6-APB Thread (Part 5)

6-APB tested instantly black more purple though with mandelin reagent. 5-APB turned black instantly. No purple. Any ideas why this is the case?

That doesn't seem too surprising. Blacker tends to be a good sign, and there could be many reasons why it turned black so fast.

Do any of these block the effects of 6-APB ---Melatonin, Theanine, Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) ,Valerian extract & Chamomile Extract?

All of them seems too weak to block 6-APB effects. Probably they will make 6-APB go smoother, and melatonin may protect against neurotoxicity.

I'm pretty fucking stupid. I actually binged on this chemical for twenty to thirty days (I'm not even sure) during my summer holiday. 100-200mg oral each day - 2.5 grams down the hatch. I never re-dosed the same day. Obviously I felt like shit when I stopped, but after a couple of days I felt completely fine. I, of course, cannot rule out the possibility of brain/kidney/liver damage, neurotoxicity and all the other good stuff, but it's now a few months later and honestly - I feel great.
I dosed again late August (yeah, I know) to find out if the 'magic' had completely disappeared even after being off the stuff for a longer period of time. This was not the case. Obviously this trip in August was not as intense as my first few experiences with the chemical, which is to be expected with any drug, but the magic is not gone at all.

I did not share this to encourage people to do what I did, since binging on 6-APB is hilariously foolish and very unsafe. I merely want the information out there for whatever reason. Feel free to ask questions.

Other random information in no particular order:

Optimally you should wait at least two months between dosing - the longer the better. This results in a better experience overall as well as it being much, much safer.

I thoroughly enjoy 150mg dissolved in orange juice. Mix it with water and it tastes like absolute shit. If your ROA is oral, I recommend cleaning your mouth/brushing your teeth after drinking, since some leftover 6-APB is likely to remain in your mouth, causing mild irritation on the back of your lips and on your tongue - nothing serious. I find that my mouth is dry with little to no saliva when on 6-APB, so perhaps this is the cause of the irritation, but I wouldn't know. Also, do not insufflate this chemical, it feels terrible.

Treat 6-APB with respect and you will absolutely love it, providing you have not been using similar drugs regularly and you do not mix it with ANY other drugs. Except weed. Weed is awesome. I have to mention, though, that I do not encourage smoking weed on 6-APB if you are not in a completely calm setting, since your pulse will get insanely high. Keep the 6-APB dose under 100mg if you absolutely have to smoke at a party/rave.

Stay safe.

Non of that puts a significant dent into 6_APB, though Theanine will limit anxiety a little. You'd need something like haldol and a serotonin agonist to block this drug.

Are people still buying those pellets? Convenience is the only advantage of them over powder, but surely the ridiculous pricing and the inability to dose for yourself (accurately) would've put people off by now. The name Benzo Fury is just screaming out for media attention too. If more people bought the powder then 6-APB wouldn't be so under the attention of the government. I mean, just the word "fury" in its name is just begging for it to get banned.

Its a benzofuryl compound though.

I know that, but my point is that the branding "Benzo Fury" is going to get this more attention than if they were just simply named 6-APB. And the fact that they're pellets makes it harder to adjust doses.

I'm going to be using this at a club in just over 2 weeks, it'll be my 7th experience with this substance. :) I'll be dosing at 125mg to ensure a fun but not overwhelming night. Would it be ok to drink alcohol before I go to the club? I'm only thinking of maybe 5-10 units. Would this dampen the high very much?

Can't speak from personal experience, but my girl drank 3ish shots about 2 hours into the experience, she was extremely hot. From what I understand, It isn't a good thing to do but at least when it comes to MDxx type drugs, many people do drink while on it. I'd personally not recommend anything over a beer or two, just for taste really, can't see alcohol adding to the experience.

Ahhhhhhh I was gonna consume it just because I'm going to be with one friend before we all meet at the club and she's only consuming alcohol, so she'll be pre dreinking. I could just drink plain coke and say it was a double ;)

Alcohol would just stuff up the experience IMO. Alcohol such a boring drug

I personally find alcohol made my experiences more euphoric and longer-lasting. To each their own ;)

I'd recommend going easy on it though, as just as when combining alcohol with other stimulants, it can make you feel like you can easily consume more alcohol AND the drug involved, which can lead to some reckless amounts of drinking/high doses and can be dangerous.

how do you feel the stimulation, crash/comedown, bruxism and other negative side effects like blue tuesdays compared to MDMA or other empathogens? Do you think/feel that this may be more neurotoxic or harmful in general terms than MDMA?

I definitely feel a few hours residual stimulation after the high, but I wouldn't say I experienced any crashes, just a smooth comedown. I certainly get a trembling jaw and grinding teeth, and can be annoying on the comedown. I don't feel depressed at all after 6-APB, but I may just be lucky here. ;) For me, all of these symptoms are much less pronounced than with MDMA. I can't really comment on the neurotoxicity based on how I feel, but I can comment that there feels to be less serotonin and dopamine depletion than with MDMA, based on no depression or urge to redose.

I'd go as far to say that the side-effects are similar to MDMA but much easier to deal with. This is with doses ranging 100-150mg.

Am I the only one who is unable to enjoy this chemical? The comeup is always ridden with anxiety and discomfort and despite several tries at even low doses I always end up deciding to kill it with a serotonin antagonist.

I know it has great potential and I've experienced the waves of euphoria and all the good it has, but there always comes a point where the effects and headspace change begin creeping up way too fast and become too overwhelming. I've had a very negative experience with psychedelics that I never want to revisit and despite knowing that 6-APB's psychedelic limitations are a bit of eye wobbling, color enhancement, and minor headspace changes I can't trust it to let it work, I'm always afraid it's only a second away from showing me a terrifying and heavy psychedelic edge that I don't want.

Sapphires, this sounds like it is is entirely your own anxiety manifesting itself, rather than an effect of the drug itself. 6-APB for me does not qualify as a true psychedelic. It makes no profound changes to consciousness whatsoever, the headspace is recognisably that of my normal, everyday self. I'm more chilled out, serene, relaxed, open, but that's as far as the changes go. There is nothing to fear there. It's not about to grab your brain and turn it outside out, or show you what the darkest recesses of your imagination look like. It's not LSD. It's a stimulant with a bit of a trippy edge, but it's not a trip. I've gone as high as ~300mg as a starting dose with this stuff ( average at around 200-250mg personally ) and still got nowhere near anything like that.

How high have you dosed, and at what point have you always bailed out? The come-up once properly underway can feel quite intense, yes, and I can see how you could feel like it's rising too high too fast and going somewhere that's too much because of that but at 2rs+ it levels right out and becomes very comfortable.
