Although probably obvious to most, I'd just like to warn that redosing like that will lead to a much more rough comedown. 150mg on its own had a very light comedown that was easy to manage, but 150mg + 100mg redose left me feeling really rough for the next week.
I personally think it'd have been better to drop the whole 250mg at once (or more like 200mg, since this one can put a lot of strain on the heart, and you don't want to overdo it) - because as with most drugs, redosing doesn't quite increase the effects as much as taking it all at once would - but does increase the duration quite a bit.
While a longer peak is great, a redose really only gives you around 2 hours more of peaking, and then gives you about another 3-4 hours of uncomfortable stimulation on the end of what you'd get already before you can sleep.
However, if you have lots of activities planned to keep you busy, you're well fed and rested, not going to be getting tired by the end, have some weed and benzos for the comedown, and are prepared and healthy - go ahead, particularly if you're at an event or such where the extra 2 hours peaking means you get to see another couple sets while at your highest
Edit: Also, I noticed you're just looking at trying this for the first time PsychedelicDoctor, if you haven't tried it before, certainly don't redose your first time, even if you're already experienced with MDxx etc - if you did have a bad comedown/hangover as a result it might put you off further experiments, and I think 6-APB is a really nice one if you treat it with a little respect. This one lasts long enough as it is, and with a single dose you're not going to be getting any sleep for at least 9 hours, more like 11-13+ with higher doses.
