I have nothing usefull to add but it kinda pissed me off that all these new generation tryptamines are 5-meo's , why not just make 4-sub-nipt or even just plain ol NIPT? 5-meo's suck balls compared to 4-subs and basic tryptamines IMO, I'm sure many will agree...

So, has anyone actuality assayed the title compound?

I'm very curious about tryptamines derivatives with a single alkyl substitution on the amine, regardless of additional functional group's. Given the (relatively) bulky nature of the iP moiety, this seems like a reasonably canidate; at least given my admittedly lacking chemistry and pharmacological knowledge.

Curious... removing a carbon chain to only have one is something that seems to not have been explored much. Though given NMT's relative inactivity, it doesn't seem too promising.
