The Big & Dandy 2C-I Thread

I thought 2 ce has a more distinct annoying burn than 2 ci does. Also dmt burned horrifyingly bad. The worst burn everrrrr was darcovet though. When I was 15 I found some of them just laying around and one day while super stoned my friend decided to snort one and he got one line down instantly started tearing up and ran to the bathroom and puked. Then he told me to try it because I didnt believe it could burn that bad. So I put a small amount on my finger and put it in my nose and my god did it burn. Ahhh to be young and stupid! Ever since snorting that though nothing really compares snorting 2c's is just an annoyance that will pass in a few minutes.
 
2C-E was much more painful on the ol' shnozzeroony than 2C-I was for me. 2C-I burned like crazy for maybe 10-15 minutes but 2C-E was probably the most painful thing I've ever snorted besides paroxetine (very young, very stupid :|) and felt like I'd snorted napalm cut with ground glass and nails for a good 30-45 minutes (at least) after sniffing it. 2C-E and Seroxat are the only two drugs I've snorted, immediately wished I hadn't, spent at least 10 minutes trying to flush out of my nose with water and then spent the best part of an hour in agony. Snorting 2Cs (other than 2C-C and D, perhaps) is soooooo stupidy painful I just wouldn't do it anymore. Plugging ftw <3
 
Hey all! I plan on taking 2-C-I for the first time next week with a couple of friends, neither of us have tried it before. I've personally have a fairly extensive experience of mushrooms (6+ times) and I've taken LSD twice, all of which have been frankly amazing. We only plan on taking 10mg to start off with and then maybe another 10 of a top-up later on down the line. There will be alcohol and weed thrown into the mix aswell. Basically I want to know if this is a "wise," thing to do, mainly as regards mixing 2ci and alcohol? Drinking shouldn't be anything too mental, mostly pints, and I can cope fairly well with booze anyway. Weed basically goes with everything as far as I'm concerned. This is my first post here but I've spent a good bit of time lurking around. Thanks a lot!

It might bring the trip down a bit....

Other than that there really isn't anything too unsafe about it.
 
Well I personally havent combined 2 ci and alcohol but I see no problem with it. My advice though is drink slowly and let the drunkness slide over you not slam you in the face. Also taking the 10 mgs later probaly wont do much and 10 mgs itself might cause some uncomfortable overstimulation so I would suggest eithier taking the 20 mgs right off the bat or take 15 if your not comfortable with 20.
 
Thanks for the replies. I think I'll start of with the 10 and take the other 10 if I feel a bit iffy. I know a few people who've taken 10 and then another 10, they had a good laugh. TBH I'm not looking for an intense psychedelic experience, just a bit of a social one. Thanks again.
 
I find low doses of 2c-i really great for social situations.. I'd probably go a few mg higher like maybe 13, but if it's your first time and you are drinking too 10 should be fine. I'd say be careful bumping up to 20 though, 20 mg of 2c-i for me is enough to be pretty psychedelic at least for a couple hours during the peak
 
Would 10mg of Valium take the edge off the stimulaton if to much or would it totally ruin the experience?
 
Depends how valium affects you. 10mg would put me to sleep.

5mg or less would take the edge off and not kill it, but would still numb it a bit.

For a mild GABAergic to take with psychedelics check out phenibut. I haven't tripped without it in a long time. It fosters a very positive, chilled mood that doesn't numb the trip at all.
 
I can see how small doses would be good socially - I found 20ish mg first time down the busy pub a pretty easy experience though...maybe I'm properly starting to be able to handle my psychedelics in a headstrong way, but I find this one to be very social, recreational not unlike 2C-B, but just way more going on with it.

THink next time I take this - I will be going with 15mg bang on weighed. see where that takes me.

Then onto it intra-nasallly :p

But not sure when this will be - probz around xmas...next one to do is 4-aco-DMT
 
^^we got to talking about this, you know you can handle psychedelics when you can go about average everyday activities with whoever on them. I know people who will go do whatever on DOx.

Just reinforcing what you may have al ready heard, but insufflating 2C-I is extremely painful! Unless you are used to snorting extremely painful chemicals, I would not recommend it. Even if you are used to snorting extremely painful chemicals, that may be even more reason to recommend against it. In any case, all of the 2C-I that I have come across has been very sticky and clumpy. I tried snorting it once and will never do it again!

This is just advice, one of the cores of my philosophy is, "do what thou wilt".

Worse, but different.

Mephedrone - you can feel it hit your nasal passages, start to dissolve, and then the burn starts hard and begins to fade over a few minutes leaving a gross drip.

2C-x - you don't feel anything, go "those guys online are full of shit", then feel a little itch in your nose, and then a slowly building cascade to a peak of OH SWEET JESUS MY NOSE IS BEING STABBED FROM THE INSIDE then a slow fadeout over a few minutes leaving a feeling like a tiny bit of flesh has been taken out from the inside of your nose.

The worst part about the 2Cs is the delay from snorting to pain imho. Every single time you think "hey, maybe this time it won't be that bad". It is.
 
lol yea, you have about 5 seconds after you do a bump of it where you get the thought of "well that wasn't so ba..... WHAT THE FUCK?"

I think it has something to do with how much liquid in in your nose.... i bumped a little bit saturday night and it burned but it took a little while to set in... i could breath but my nose was a little runny due to the cold outside....
