How many different psychedelics has he done? If he's just done LSD, then I can see why he'd compare the two since they're both psychedelics. If he;s also done mushrooms, then I would agree that 2C-I is more like acid than mushrooms. But 2C-I isn't really much like acid at all except that they're both psychedelic.

The best way to find out about what 2C-I is like is to read through this thread, and even moreso, so read as many trip reports as you can.

ye he's done ketamine, acid and 2cb

ive read every single page lol, i can kind of gather that its like acid but more forgiving and not as intense.

I am really excited to try this, but The stinging body sensation or stabbing sensation is what I am scared to get when it comes to body load. I got this alot on moderate-high doses of 2c-e, expecting that this will pry have it too, so putting me off kinda :(
 
I've found 2CI to be a mild mannered psychedelic. At doses ranging from ~18-40mg, I never got any serious mindfuck like I would on shrooms or LSD. Besides C or D, i think I is the best 2c to start with and get a general idea of what might happen.

I've had much higher body load on 2ce than 2ci. Agree with the poster above, the thing about 2ci is that you can be having a very visual trip, but thoughts are rarely confused and socializing for me is not difficult. Compared for instance to strong acid, where I can't even begin to think about paying for something in a store (what is it? what is money? why do I want this...thing...?) -- I've ordered, eaten and paid for meals in restaurants, even had phone conversations with my mother without feeling awkward or giving off weird vibes.

2ci is actually the only psychedelic i feel comfortable being on in public. even walking down the block on acid or shrooms is enough to get me completely paranoid and edgy, but 2ci just feels completely natural around others. course, alot of that is because of how speedy it is

id say 2ci is closest to a strong dose of MDA combined with a small hit of meth

I would say go for it if you really enjoy nirtous. I ve never actually done that exact combo but i ve done 2 ce and n2o and it was wonderful. I think if you truly enjoy n2o it will go well with just about any drug and it leads you to some truly powerful places.

I generally enjoy being in public when tripping (except for really heavy trips, of course) but find 2C-I can be hard to hide compared to a low-moderate dose of LSD, for example. I'm so aware of the big cheesy grin on my face and dreamy look in the eyes that I know full well the locals are thinking "That druggy boy's been on those drugs again". I know cos they say it to my face too sometimes - gotta love small, rural areas :D

2C-E I can function surprisingly well on around people. I had masked men kick my door in wanting to do Bad Things to me and steal my stash just as I was coming up on 10mg of rectal 2C-E a while back. I escaped (and so did my stash ;)) but managed to deal with the police whilst still tripping heavily with no real problem. Something about the neutrality of 2C-E seemed to make it easier for me to deal with the situation. Still scared the shit outta me but I have a feeling I would've freaked more seriously on 2C-I or virtually any other psyche. With 2C-E I could kinda detach myself just enough to stay calm(ish).

For me weed both takes the edge off the 2ci and momentarily boost the visual, which is basically what it does to me with most phenethylamines.

Had the chance once to try nitrous with 2ci and it was great :D
 
2c-i + weed makes me extremely forgetful with really bad memory lol
i forget what i am about to say half way through the sentence
2c-i + weed + n2o is really fucking fun =D
 
Can someone help me. I had a drug last year that was told was 2ci. I was mentioning it at a party the other week and someone said it was more likely one of the 2cts.

It was around 6-8hrs in duration and was intensely visual (I've done trips over the years and this was a completely different level tho it started off like good visual trips and just got stronger). I think it was roughly every 30-40mins the visuals on it changed sometimes slightly and other times very obviously. It came in a powder cap.
 
I doubt anyone can truly answer that for you, but given the duration it probably wasnt 2ct7.
 
If you were told it was 2c-i... it probably was. Not many people are going to give you a name that not too many have heard of only for it to be another drug not too many people have heard of.... lol

It might have been 2c-b based on the trip length... but i doubt it because of 2c-b's legal status and price compared to 2c-i. Nobody would lie about giving you 2c-b and say it's 2c-i, can't see that happening.

Probably was 2c-i as advertised-- what makes you think it wasn't?? Just somebody saying so?
 
Good point isotropic. I cant think of any reason for the dealer would have lied and said 2c-i. If he was gonna lie he woulda said mescaline.

I asked the person at the party the other week if they knew anyone there or was coming with 2CB which I actually like taking and have had it on a number of occasions. They said they didn't but they knew someone coming later that night with 2CI. I was a bit iffy on it due to having it at that party last year and ending up rather literally tripping balls. I mentioned the experience to this person and they said 2CI is way more milder than that.

What ever it was it was far stronger than any of the 2CB I've had. The person I got it off when they handed it over even said to me that unlike 2CB, this stuff was far more like taking a trip.
 
I found 16mg of 2ci to be way stronger than 2cb. 2b is equivelent to fosters, 2ci to stella and 2ce/2ct7 special brew :)
I find 2cb rather boring even at high doses. The visuals r more colourful but 2ci lasts longer and more stimulatin IMO.
