Sounds like an odd thread title, granted, but hear me out.
My previous experience with 2C-B has always been indoors, amongst a small number of people, at doseages of either 18 or 25mg. 18mg gave me a body high, a visual 'sharpening' of objects, a 'sparkling' of surfaces and a trippy headspace that made me feel as if I were in a sci-fi film or videogame. 25mg was much more intense, with colours cascading out of objects, hyper-speed breathing and morphing of everything around me, my entire field of vision alternating between high-contrast and sepia tones, and intense tracers that lasted for seconds at a time, as well as a very confused and manic train of thought.
Anyway, the point is, myself and a couple of friends intend to take some 2C-B outdoors on Saturday, as it is supposed to be a very nice day. However, a friend with experience of both indoor and outdoor doses said that he found being outside deadened the visual side of the 2C-B somewhat, and that the usual breathing, morphing and colour effects only resumed once he returned indoors. This was at night time; my dose will be during the day.
So I'm asking about doseage for a couple of reasons: the above, and - of course - that in the real world outside we'll tend to chance upon a good few people who are not tripping their nut off. The chances are we'll be in a fairly busy park nearby my home, though I live in a very laid back, liberal and predominantly young (ie. 20-30 years) area, where I do occasionally see people obviously consuming various drugs when out and about on such occasions. The park will be full of people drinking and smoking weed, at least - think festival atmosphere. As such, I'd like to have an enjoyable experience - probably beyond the intensity of the 18mg trip, at least visually - but one in which we can still easily control ourselves and stay safe and discreet. So my initial idea was 20mg - but then, it'll be outdoors and bright, so will the visual side be deadened to sub-18mg territory?
Dunno, just thought I'd get people's experiences and opinions as I have to go to a friend's house and get it measured out this evening (don't have my own scale).
