Is there any way to tell how many mics of LSD are on a sweet tart?

I KNOW for a fact that there was one eyedroppers worth on each of them because I saw them being dropped . . .

but does that mean anything?

I'd love to know how anybody knows how many mics or ug's their doin or gettin anywhere...35 years of doin acid, and I've never known the measure of a dose, but it seems pretty common for everybody to know what it is...???...
 
^Given the right circumstances you will know your dose. But if your buying it pre-tarted, your in murky water in terms of how much. I used to think that was part of the fun; its not.
 
I'd say 90% of people are guessing their dose. I'd like to know how many ug's I'm getting, but oh well. Such is the nature of street drugs.
 
And id say 90% of those 90% of people guessing are very, very wrong.

Set and setting come into play so much with psychedelics, you can have the most intense trip from the smallest dose.
The only person I know who has flipped out on acid had half a tab, we were taking 5 or 6, I didnt even think half would do anything. But this guy went crazy and he thought he was experienced.

Guaranteed. I'm fairly sure most people overestimate how much acid is in their hits. He wigged out on half a tab? Man. I've eaten my fair share of acid and I've never come close to freaking out. *shrug* Not trying to psychedelic-dick size or anything, I just don't understand how it happens. Maybe my personality just takes to tripping really well or something, I don't know. But yeah, back on topic most people have no idea how much acid they're really eating.
 
I've noticed that my problem is that I get my expectations up too high so I guess I'm doomed to be let down?

But I can't help it, if I know I'm dosing, I get excited and think "this is gonna be a mind-shattering experience for sure, I'm gonna experience ego death n' all that good stuff . . . "

but nope. doesn't happen.

But unless I "accidentally" dose myself (wtf?) I dont see how else NOT get to my hopes up too much.

Get one of your friends to dose you lol. One of my friends is always saying he's going to pour a vial down my throat while I'm asleep. I'm never sure whether to take him seriously or not haha. Either that, or just eat more acid, I guess.

Yeah reliable sources are always good when it comes to acid. I used to be getting assured 200ug tabs, if not a bit more. Now its touch and go. Im confident they are good, but i cant be sure of their potency.

wondering about the possible interaction of taken a triptan based drug, for a migraine, a few days (48hr) before the use of LSD.. my understanding about them both binding to your 5-ht receptors is about all i know at this moment, if there was something one should worry about?
 
does any one else notice thier back hurting while trippin? mine always seems to hurt when i trip but even more when using lsd?
any ony know why this is?!
 
Mine does sometimes, other times it does not. I think it has to do with the way you ahve been sitting or laying, usually when you are tripping you end up getting in weird positions that feel fine to you. At least that is what my experience has been.

I'd use the LSD :) To be honest I'm not sure how they would interact; it seems likely that effects would decrease, but I wouldn't really wanna spectacle-ulate whichI and i JUST DID anyway.

Agreed. I've had quite a lot of pain after a mushroom trip where I did some form of psychedelic yoga/contortionists tricks. I was bomabrded with the urge to wrap my legs around my shoulders....incidentally, I am very very very inflexible and the idea that I might get stuck in lotu posture kinda poot an end to the writhings of I. Turned rasta for them one day I.

ok... well i tried LSD about maybe a week ago and forgot to ask about this... so me and my friend paid a guy to get us 3 hits of LSD and when he came back, he gave us these itsy bitsy little squares of paper, like maybe a third the size of my pinky nail... and my friend said it was pure LSD, we droped only half of this little thing. and i think from what i read... it wasnt LSD, everything was intensly bright, my state of mind, was completely out of it... and in order for me too really haulicinate i would have to stair at something for a long time, maybe a minute and it would start to twist and contort... could it be i underhit? or was it something else.
 
^ could easily be legit LSD. Visuals are not a prerequisite for an acid trip, in fact, they only occur strongly at higher doses.
