S(+) ketmaine is a much more potent psychedelic then R(-) ketamine.
To my knowledge, there is only 1 company that produces strictly S(+) ketmaine, the vast majority is racemic, which I actually prefer

well, S(+) is produced illicitly by much more than 1 company, I'm sure.
unfortunately the 75mg felt a little weaker than the 65mg dose a few days earlier, and was shorter. I guess that damn tolerance was at play.
But when I was injecting, as soon as I got finished, there was this gooey stuff on my leg a few inches away from the injection site. It was like that stuff you take off the back of gift cards that holds them to the paper card. Except a little more gooey. Still have no idea what it was, or where it came from. I didn't notice it when i started injecting...

^Right, but when I said "company" I meant a legitimate pharmaceutical company, not someone making it illicitly. Actually, from what I understand, ketmaine is rarely synthesized illegally, since it's much easier to "divert" it from it's medical use.
Seperating the two isomers is not an easy task either.

testing purity of ketamine
this is my first post on here so if its against rules i apologize. i was wondering if there was a way or a website like pillreports that could test ketamine purity. not just if there is k in the powder but if it was cut. any help would be appreciated thanks.

I'm not so sure anymore. I live on a boarder state and recently dealers have had trouble getting from Mexico. More than half the K around the streets this year is made for illegal use. I have a feeling in another year only 1/4th of the k on our street will be from genuine vials.
Not that I know of and I doubt it. If you get sealed vials I'm sure it is legit. Locally I've never seen cut K only totally bunk sold at party's. Sometimes the liquid will be cut with water too I hear...or simply shorted since most people don't know better.
Low doses of Ketamine
So I was wondering if you take a low dose of ketamine could it be a good party drug. I wanted to bring it with me when i go to arizona but i've never tried it. I wouldn't want any of my friends to know im high on anything but i was wondering if i took a small amount would it be a fun social drug. I know like small amounts of shrooms is just a nice mellow buzz.

- but I would say that a low dose of ketamine can be a fun social drug, for sure. Party drug? Oh yes!!!
What constitutes a low dose for any given individual is a whole other matter...
Personally, I generally take ket alone or with close compadres in non-social situations cos it's really too fucking bizarre to try to function in any kind of rational way.
Although I have recently discovered a great fondness for properly low-dose ket as a social lubricant. If you have no experience with it at all then I would advise getting to know it a lil first cos it's a truly wacky substance that can do things to your head that you just wouldn't believe possible.
Also a whole heap o' fun in the right circumstance

ok, so i never achieved a khole unless i IM the ket.
Last night i snorted ~300mg of ket in 2 lines. It starting kicking in REAL quick and i quickly went to lay down. i have a very vague recolllection of what happened. mostly of just being confused and not knowing i had taken anything. I was mumbling random gibberish like asking if SKL was there, where i was and other nonsensical things.
30 minutes later i feel like i have regained consiosness and recognize things around me.
Was that a khole?
it was unlike my IM kholes in that i couldnt remember hardly anything that happened to me and it lasted about 20 minutes less than an IM khole.
Also my IM kholes feel like something phenomenal just happened, similar to the feelings i get after smoking DMT. Those feelings were absent from this trip and comedown.
overall it was a very strange experience and im not sure that i enjoyed it.
ill stick to IM for my kholes from here on out.
anyway, i have question. Could the memeory loss have had anything to do with the 1mg of klonopin i had taken about 6 hours earlier.

yeah, if I had to guess I would say it was the residual benzo effects that made that experience a measure more nonsensical and meaningless, as well as probably contributed to the memory loss.
of course, I have no way of knowing for sure. that conclusion makes sense to me, though.

^ I would agree, with the same caveat of having no evidence to back it up. I can and do hole on 100-150mg of snorted k (with no tolerance - not so easy once tolerance has built) and find it to be very similar to IM, just a lil rougher round the edges. I'm generally down that hole for around 45 minutes and remember what amazing things happened afterwards. I would suspect (but not know) that benzos would add a lot of confusion and memory loss, but no idea why it would shorten the duration.

For all the people who IV K, do you do it for the hole or for the high? Unfortunately I wont be able to IM K because its powder and I dont know if its cut.
For someone with zero tolerance how much would be a good starter dose for a nice rush and a high, then what would be good for a K-hole dosage that I will hopefully remember?
Ive read that if you do K while on psych's already your much more likely to remember the trip, is this true? Would low dose 2C-B be good for this?

Sitter needed on low-dose K?
I'm interested in using low doses of K for the benefits:
I want to see if it does anything for mild depression,
I want to see if it does anything for my mysterious rheumatoid arthritis-like symptoms, and
I want to try meditating on it.
I think I'll be eating (no, not snorting) about 40-50mg. I am 120 lbs.
Should I expect... ANYTHING? Should I have a sitter? About how much would i have to take for there to be a possibility of an OBE or crazy adventure?
(Yes, I know I'm very cautious. I'm saving my journeying for encounters with more natural/time-tested substances, e.g. mesc. containing cacti, mushrooms)

if you eat 40,50 mg you'll barely feel anything.
trust me and blow a whole point, more will be needed if you want to meditate.

No, you won't need a sitter. It's very unlikely you will anyway, very low doses of ketamine are kinda like just being a bit drunk.
Also, you'd have to take much more than a threshold dose to experience psychedelic effects. I'd guess the psychedelic effects don't start til somewhere between the "Light" and "Common" regions on that dosage table, although in my experience erowid dosages are sometimes a little conservative anyway, but if you're being cautious this isn't a bad thing.
You most likely won't experience an OBE or crazy adventure until a K-hole dose, which is much more again.
