^Thats weird. Looking at how Invega works (btw I'm no chemist if you couldn't tell
) it would appear that it SHOULD negate seratonergic psychedelics. You can swallow, swish or dissolve the tab, as long as it gets in your bloodstream somehow.
As to teas- you don't want to blend too many herbs together, as you'll just get a meagre dose of lots of things, and you also want to choose ACTIVE herbs. Scullcap tea, which is not exactly tasty (kinda salty or btter but mildly so) has helped me out with physical anxiety with LSD. I believe it to be active. I would suggest that Blue Lotus is very good too and actually works; plus green tea (decaffeinteaded is available) is good, though I've wonder if the decaf-process removes the L-Theanine too (which is what you want in your head). It would seem realtively likely. I agree about dark teas, they should be avoided when tripping if your stomach is getting a bit funny- the tannins seem to be incredibly sickly to a nauseated stomach. Of course, you could make a poppy seed/pod tea if you have access, though I would always exercise due caution. Anyway, there are heaps more herbs I could list, but they are the ones that actually work for me.
Overall, the best technique for relaxing muscles, in any state of mind, is tensing them dramatically and then releasing. Even having a shower can reduce the vasoncontriction, which the Mind can often interpret as anxiety....meditating and deep breathing is a must. I wish I was one of the people who felt no body load from acid, but alas....
