Propylthiouracil. I had to take it for hyperthyroidism. Tasted like strong salt, even after swallowing it the taste would come back up. I has a system of pouring water into my mouth, tilting my head back, and dropping the pill into my mouth and swallowing it with the water so it wouldnt have to touch my tongue or mouth. Even after doing that, the tast would work its way back to my mouth.

Extract of Wormwood takes the cake, imo - that shit would not go away for hours.
I actually thoroughly enjoy real Absinthe, until I drank Extract of Wormwood. Now that I know exactly how wormwood tastes, Absinthe doesn't taste as great to me. Though I still drink it hohohohoho


But medications.... NOVOCAINE is the most disgusting. It's 50% disgusting taste, 50% disgusting sensation. bleeeh

I like the Ativan taste - it's sweet and mild.
Klonopin wasn't too bad either.
Vicodins never bad. Norco's either.

Black Tar Heroin tastes disgusting, actually. But not vomit-inducing, by any stretch..

Actually, the generic alprazolam I have isn't too disgusting. It's a chemical taste but it's ok, that's why i do take the tabs sublingually because I haven't much of the drug to begin with, and I smoke tobacco so I think it's better to take them sublingually.

RC's are awful sometimes, but xanax takes the top spot for me - especially if it gets stuck on the way down or at the back of my throat...shudder...

I can't believe somebody said Lorazepam and Clonazepam. Those two taste almost sweet! That blew me away!

But back to the point. The worst tasting pill would be Promethazine, or Alprazolam. Xanax XR is pretty bad as well!

Has anyone said Kratom? Downing a cup of Kratom tea is awful
It's extremely bitter, and adding sugar seems to make it worse.

aside from tramadol, cwe codeine is pretty bad without a chaser. always good to have a swish of mouth wash after necking it.

i kinda like the taste you get from different IV drugs. i associate it with what's about to happen

The worst for me would have to be alprazolam. Also, the "cherry" methadone liquid from the clinic - while not horrible, it just tastes mad weird to me.. I don't like it.

K-pins are the best to me. I love 'em.

Are you sure guys, about alprazolam? I remember taking the brand pill Xanax and it was pure disgust, but as I said a few posts above I have some generic alprazolam (although made by a French company) and it tastes ok, a little bit bitter but nothing really bad, and I can take it sublingually and take away the taste 10 minutes after with some fruit juice.
