Hello, i know that this probably should had answered thousands of times, but i searched for 30mins and now i`m just tired to search more... I really didn't found anything useful...

So can you share your ways to avoid dry mouth? Sometimes when i drop i dont get dry mouth, i think so, but moustly me and my girl have... So it is hard to kiss, when you have cotton in mouth :D and i want to know how to avoid that! :)

Please share, or just give the link for some serious discussion about that, or just throw a PM! ;)

Peace and stay safe! :)

You're always going to be treating the symptom and not the cause- because the cause is that you are on MDMA ;)

I personally find sucking on ice to be good, and you avoid over-doing the water thing that way. "Coating" cough drops with menthol can be extremely good too.

not guna happen...keep popping gum and steady sippin water is the best way to keep it somewhat moist. although i dont condone chewing gum, sugar alc ravages ur teeth bad wen dry, just like sugar. also bringing ur teeth together wrong can lead to cracked teeth, i know lots of peeps who've cracked a tooth chomping gum, get a mouth piece, clear and trim to to fit. or just cut the ends off and mold them to your mollars then ur mouth wont shut and nobody can see ur mouthpiece.

just deal with the dry mouth, i know marijuana makes my mouth so dry wen rolling my lips start to curl under and i get some crusys around them. HAHAHA

And what about fruits?
Maybe fruits can help, grapes, oranges and other where are a lot of water inside them?

Marijuana in most situations makes dry mouth! :D

Hi,
Yea its a tough problem to solve but i seem to find that if i don't drink plain water and drink maybe fruit juice or something with flavour i get allot less hassle from dry mouth and in turn better estimate my hydration rather than drink when your mouth is dry. Hope this was of any help :)

I like to make sure that my gastrointestinal system is somewhat basic. Sometimes, I drink chlorophyll or eat a bunch a kale. I hydrate with good water -- not shitty tap water full of poison. I make sure to scrape my tongue. And sometimes use a mouthwash with natural enzymes and essential oils.

could you explain why and how drinking chlorophyll or eating kale will help with dry mouth please

Believe it or not, tap water in the UK is cleaner and better for you than bottled water as their are not as many regulations for spring/mineral water and I am also sure that tap and bottled water in the US are both about as clean/dirty as each other, plus drinking tap water rather than bottled is 10,000 times cheaper and sustainable due to packaging, energy used to package and transportation. source: Professional Lecturer in water treatment. (sorry for the rant, just thought id share this with you).

Pretty sure its about the same way in the US. I know that at least here in NY our tap water is rated higher than the bottled shit as far as health is concerned. Same thing, mad heads looking after the water supply, not so many for bottled water

Gum. Thats the only thing I found that works. They have some they make just FOR dry mouth now. Plus dry mouth can lead to bad breath sometimes so gum is helpful there too. You can even share a piece. Lol And it can help with any clenching and grinding of the teeth.
