My favourite word in this languages has always been yearn. I think it is spelling related, my affinity for it? Yet I never use it in speech or writing, it has just always been my love.

The most beautiful word, to me, is ecclesiastical. In sound, appearance, and, well, meaning. :3 Only things deserving of a word that implies such pulchritude can be described as ecclesiastical.
