No wait.... I've never liked clubs. There's good, logical reasons for staying at home - or at a house party - when pilling, and I really pity those who've never tried it.

* MUCH cheaper drinks
* warm and comfy
* you choose the music
* you can decorate, fix the lighting, make it atmospheric with candles etc, mirror balls, lasers, whatever tickles your fancy.
* no taxi fares/ public transport
* mingle with YOUR choice of people - or just your partner ;)
* sneak off and have sex in comfort (or just in front of your friends, whatever's your style =D )
* great to go on "missions"
* you can actually hear what your friends are saying
* phone calls to overseas/ interstate mates
* games/ food/ massage tools etc at your disposal

LOVE home parties. Plus, you'll see your surroundings in a totally different way than ever before. You'll even love your cat, who previously annoyed the shit out of you. It's just a great, great environment. Houses with spas = even better.

But SLM, this "mission" you talk about could quite conceivably involve all of those things rolled into one. CLUBBING!

PS: have you got Martin stacks in your living room? ;)
 
i think you need better drugs, better clubs, and....better drugs!
but failing that i think you just dont like clubbing! ;)

I once used martins, but these days I've got EV T53's sitting on 18" front loaded JBL's, with EV200 foldback. The main stack is run as a three way system with a fat 12kW RMS of power, all in a 6m x 6m room. Mind you they're not always in the living room, and we don't get to turn things up much anymore:(

I still enjoy clubbing, although I haven't been going out much lately. But even when I do, if there's E involved I'll usually save it for the recovery. I still find the thought of going clubbing to be exciting even without drugs. Mind you I do like dancing centre-stage when I'm chopped, so if you ever see size 14 boots and lanky legs leaping around on a podium...8o

I guess when it comes down to it, besides getting older (tanx for reminding me SLM) I just enjoy the Subtleties of MDMA, some of which I find are easily lost amidst the

I've done it in a variety of places.

Raves and hardcore clubs have to be the best place so far.
Followed suprisingly by at home with mates or at a house party.
Then finally a rock concert. It just didnt work for me, the mood was all wrong. The whole 40,000 people at *a big concert* all looking at you kinda sent me into a bit of euphoria but it wasnt enough.

I'm definitely a fan of pilling at home. A house party or a "quiet one" with your significant other, either way it beats the pants of clubs :P

Ive never pilled at home, (mainly cus my parents also live there:P)
Raves are the best place for it :D As most people are doing something, even if they arent they have the right ATTITUDE, which makes it hella fun. I dont really talk to _new_ people that much, talk to my friends or certian people i happen to meet. Next rave i want to get out and about and meet the PEOPLE! stead of dancing all night :D

Id love to go to a huge house party but, with all the right lights and mood setters, and of course the right people! :D
 
u have to admit, theres nothing better than peakin at a rave. theres a peakin atmosphere even if you haven't taken anything. pure adrenaline rush, its crazy.

ive done it at home a few times, just in my room. I've gone outside for a smoke and all my neighbours see me pacing the street like a lunatic, rambling useless shit, stopping occasionally to look at a streetlight...
igave that up a long time ago
 
Peaking with several of your best friends in a non smoky, clean home environment listening to your fav tunes on a good sound system beats a rave/event for me. Even though I will say, the best 2 events I have been to were DJ RUSH + LAB4, I had the craziest peaks for both. And the drugs I had? ZERO. I did need drugs afterwards though to help my depleted energy levels come back from a somewhat negative numbers. Ive never danced so hard or for so long in any event before. From start to finish literally non stop except to yell "OMG, HOW FUCKING GOOD IS THIS?!?!" But that might just be me :)
