Misc The best/most effective way to take adderal

I'm looking for the best and most effective way to take adderal. I want to get all i can out of adderall and im wondering if i should snort it or swallow it. They are 30 mg's capsule's and we have 4, 2 for each person. Please help, thanks.

Assuming it's XR, smash the beads and plug it (up your butt). Otherwise smash n' eat them. 30mg plugged or oral should get you going good if you haven't dosed amph before.

Snorting is less efficient and will fill your nose with sugar.

Smashing the beads is important; otherwise it will act like a double-length half-strength dose.
If you want you could leave them whole and double up.

I recomend plugging it, that's by far the best way to use adderal. Start with 15 mg though, plugging has a high BA compared to oral. Just crush the beads into powder, dissolve them in warm water, draw the water into a 1-5 (1 is best imo) ml syringe without a needle and give yourself an enema. It's less unpleasant then snorting, even though it might sound worse at first. It also works way better.

You should swallow the pill with a glass of water, crush the beeds and put it back in the capsule. For future reference post in basic drug discusion.
