the best benzo

Hi

I can get my hands in a few bits and was just wondered what the best benzo would be to get me through the day I work in an office and pritty much just get shit on all day but do need to maintain a level of concentration so can't be a zombie lol I've tried valium, Xanax, lorazepam. Xanax is my best so far but is there anything abit more opiate like as I can't really get anything other than tramadol and dhc to which I've built up a tolerence so any suggestions? Maybe go the other way and get some ritalin?

There wont be any benzos that are opiate like, benzos will be benzo like, you should take a look at the equivalency chart linked at the top of the BDD forum, it lists the different benzos that are out there, if you don't want to be a zombie, then you don't want a hypnotic benzo, I would suggest clonazepam(klonopin) as the best one to take at work as it isn't too sedative and will help with the stress of getting shit on all day.

Although I've said that, I wouldn't recommend taking up a long term benzo habit as they can be horrible to get rid of. I started 8 years ago and am still hooked now so be careful with benzos, try and use other stress relief techniques instead would be my ideal suggestion. but if you really want a benzo suggestion then clonazepam would be my suggestion.
 
Don't take drugs everyday Benzos or uppers, unless directed by a doctor. If you are needing drugs to get you through the day everyday you need to seek medical help or things will just get worse.

I'm on Diazepam daily not scripted and I'm no Zombie on it, so it sounds like you may non have built to much of a tolerance, jump off the train now before its to late Benzos are unlikely to solve your problems.
 
We have had a lot of threads like this you know, and it's just a matter of opinion really.. think about duration and whether you want something primarily hypnotic or anxiolytic.. these threads tend to turn into a long speculative chat, which does not fit with the BDD guidelines, so I am going to close this and suggest you do a search :)

Benzos and stims are VERY different so I'm not sure why you are considering one or the other? This is something best discussed with your doctor as we're not a medical advice forum and everyone is different, best to have a proper chat with an expert.
