The best Anti- Histamine?

Im at home bore bored, i have plenty of Valium and no Opiates.

What would be the best Potentiator? Last night/this morning I ate a whole white grapefruit and consumed over 100mg Diphenhdryine, i the to0k a good couple of hundred mg of Diazepam over the course of the next few hours, ive had a great day and wish to repeat it, now i have an added Anti-Histamine (Promethazine) Pheneragan) so i hoping this wilL help.

anyone else have any experiences mixing AH + Diazepam/benzos?

Which AH Potentiates the weed better? is it safe to mix AH's whilst smoking? I for got to mention i also have Chlorphenamine Maleate Tabs.

What doses seem to be the sweet spot?

Alcohol a positve or a negative?

promethezine or diphenhidramine I guess. Both in low doses, I don't know the dosage for prom but for diph I would take 50mg or less. 50mg puts me to sleep at night no problem.
 
DPH has always been my favourite, very helpful for sleeping, a great potentiator for opiates and also very effective for its "normal" ares of use, i.e. alleviating allergic reactions and nausea.

I've never tried tripping off this drug though, the trip reports of other people on Erowid and here are highly discouraging, a good thing I should say.

Unfortunately, the best potentiator for benzos that I know of is alcohol, and that combo is very easy to interpret wrongly (this doesn't work, I'll have some more), leading to a quite big chance of accidentally ODing. I certainly recommend steering clear of this one, the risks outweigh the gains too much.
 
Hey pally, in the future try to avoid coming across as trying to get as high as possible. I can see some HR-relevant questions, so this can stick around, but it essentially reads that you're trying to get as high as possible (again).

Hydroxizine or Diphenhydramine are the two main ones that I see tossed around in terms of commonness. Promethazine has a very high probability of making you delirious. Have seen that "lean" happen far too often. Turns people into fools, imo.
 
DPH or Promethazine would go nicely alongside Valium. I always take some DPH with my benzos.

And as PJ said, Hydroxyzine is a great antihistamine w/ anxiolytic properties of its own, but that requires a script in the US.
 
I would skip the alcohol. You will most probably (definitely) have some amnesia if you bring alcohol into the mix.
 
Is it "normal" I can take 100-200 mg of hydroxyzine and feel nothing? I was/am rx'd this for allergies and it does crap for me. Shouldn't have a tolerance but I do.
OP, don't drink on benzos. It's not worth the risk, IMO.
The only luck I've had with potentiating diazepam was with WGFJ. DPH and other AH's don't seem to do it for me.
 
@Bbygurl- Hydroxyzine isn't really enjoyable on it's own, especially if you're tolerant to h1 antagonists and sedatives. It's just a great potentiator of opis or benzos.
 
Doxylamine Succinate is extremely sedating. There's also DPH, Hydroxyzine, and Promethazine. These four are probably the best first-gen anti-histamines.
