thanks pjkt its getting more tolerable.. still a bit sweaty and icky.. seem to be getting ear hole issues along with pores/bits n bobs/ and other assorted crap..

this old tramp this morning.. had a pop at my rs bustle :( Hopefully the sweating will have a sauna like effect and the fat will just get washed away with the rest of the stink layder
 
Good luck! I hate feeling that that due to WD. What is it caused by, if you don't mind my asking? I'd heard you mention Tramadol - is that causing this? (Slightly worries me as I take 200-300mg/day for back pain.)
