Double posting because I can...I'm going to be off and on Bluelight this morning (working on a paper for one of my research courses)...

But I have NT cams 1 and 2 set up in Bluelight Tinychat, so you can watch, real time, what's going on outside my window(s). Here's the link...

I'm waiting on some oxy, got work this evening, gonna work on the car in the mean time I think. It's actually warm-ish around here (for the time of year), so I'm not freezing my nuts off like I was 3 years ago when I had to swap a fcking transmission.

That .gif is fcking hilarious btw. my friend sent it to my phone - "wtf.. LOL!!!"

Looking forward to a very nice relaxing weekend of smoking, cleaning, & lounging. Its great to not be busy or traveling for once

Just one afternoon of low energy electron diffraction, auger electron spectroscopy, and some scanning and tunneling microscopy if I'm feeling lucky, stand between me and a lovely rolled joint I made this morning

Spectacular weather this weekend too! Still cold but bright blue sky with nothing but sunshine, albeit still hovering at a high of 0˚C... its still looking to be a beautiful weekend
 
Dude, it's super nice up here in New England! I'm enjoying this very much so for being the beginning of February..
 
Talking about the weather? Here in Finland its now -30 deg C (-22 deg F) and I totally freeze when I have to go to work or to the nearby store... Last summer the temp was often +28 deg C and I was drenched in sweat all the time because of the heat. I guess I'm never happy no matter what the weather is like...
 
Let's see here... 28C is 82F...which is like, the nighttime low temp during the summer months here.

This past summer we had a solid month of 110F + days, now that's sweat. No A/C in the car either.

For you Euros, 110F is 43.3C

I think the main reason for my drenching sweats last summer was my alcohol abuse and not the temperature...

I've been to Mumbai, India and Orlando, USA, and the temperature in both places was something like 29C even in nighttime, but I didn't find that too bad... That was years ago. It was easier to stand temperature changes before I started drinking heavily... Damn alcoholism, I cant stand anything anymore...

Hey Effie NT Lou poly m everybody

Can anyone give me advice on how to save my I phone??? I dried it as fast as possible and stuck it in a bag of rice... Y'all r probably going to say not the place for his but I need halls help if y'all have any knowledge please??

If the phone is already in a bag of rice, leave it there overnight.

The rice is your best bet, it will slowly absorb the moisture from the phone. Saved my phone after dropping it into a puddle once thanks to rice.
 
ThNk you so much. The phone kept turning on over and over I finally got it off and the main part that got wet since in a cover and in my back pocket was the camera. The led light will not shut off even tho I finally got the phone off I also took out sim and removed the tray.... Did your led light stay on as well?

I am having the worst day huh I wish had a million Xanax but I'm trying to stay clean from everything so my body will heal a bit before doing anything exciting....

Tomorrow I should be getting like 50 Xanax tho I just found out.... So I thunk my healing isn't going to last long.... Grrr or maybe I'll wait on it just save them or do something else with them ;)
