Do you have to rail dilaudid in itty bitty bumps for it to absorb nasally or something, because when I did 4mg I felt nothing but pain relief...MAYBE slight head change, but no more than taking 2-3 vicodins would bring me...

I did spread the dosage out into small lines so it would absorb in the mucus membranes better, such as you would snort buprenorphine or something.
 
There's so much binder in a dillie that if you don't spread it out they're useless. (for euphoria)

Found that out real quick years ago.

Agreed, even those these 4mg pills were pretty small in comparison to most pills, they still have more powder/binders than a Roxi 30

i came across roxi 30s instead of OC 40s/80s for the first time a couple of months ago--i think because OPs were released roxi became more popular even in non-iv circles. holy smokes they are tiny. well, and the guy had like half a dozen different generic brands to pick from, so obviously i picked the smallest one. but all of them were tiny.

plug those 4s and feel real good.

doing pretty good. getting paid to "housesit," a job that's hard to complain about. and i actually had roxies for the first few days of it--thanks, bro--which was nice. how about yourself?
 
Not too bad thanks - bit of a rough patch but back at work soon which I am looking forward to :)
