This is only my 2nd post as I'm is new to this site and was unsure where to post such a question. Here goes:

routinely take 5 norco 10/325 with 75mg diphenhydramine to feel good. The high from this dose is starting to lessen from tolerance and is wondering if the following would intensify or help the high:


400 mg tagamet 45 minutes prior to hydrocodone ingestion

30 - 60mg DXM 30 minutes prior to hydrocodone ingestion

Finally, 75mg diphenhydramine taken simultaneously with 50mg hydrocodone

Will the high be noticeably different than normal by adding the cimetidine(tagamet) and DXM? have heard mixed reports that DXM can both lower opiate tolerance and/or potentiate it.

Any knowledgeable advice is welcome, and sorry in advance for not knowing if this is the correct thread to post this in. Also posted in homeless thread. thanks
 
I believe i've read that all of the above potentiate opiates. The Dph may also help with the 'itch' associated with taking opiates.
I am not familiar with these drugs at all so my info only comes from what i've read here on BL. BDD is the correct spot for the question, you can make a new thread for it if you want to, probably get some more responese if you do

thanks for the welcomes and anyone who has insight to my thread in BDD titled 'mixing DXM and hydrocodone' is greatly welcomed to share knowledge/experience......planning on doing this in about an hour once its been at least 3hrs since i last ate
 
I have had a good day got some great news not sure if approved. I wrote a thread that can help a lot of people but waiting for mods to approve Effie already did she loved it and improud of myself. :)
 
I really hope that what I wrote gets approved for the dark side discussion thread or OD sticky something :)
 
Hydromorphone has got me scratchin' my nose and sedated and I only railed it! Heard it was the "religious experience of opioids" when IV'd from many of my friends and in general it has been portrayed and persuaded me to think of it as such (Drugstore Cowboy). Insufflation did me in just fine; I'm currently trying to keep away from the needle and I've been clean of it for awhile now and don't plan on getting back into that habit. Up there with my favorite of highs now definitely hydromorph < oxycodone, nothing beats oxymorphone in my book! hands downnn
