The BDD Social & Information Booth v17 - Bewildered? Drugged? Discuss.

I've got around half a gram (in 5mg caps!!)...

But I don't want to take more every day, so I'll take more the time it will take for the abilify to work ;) Then back to 10mg a day (nowadays it's around 70mg to erase the depression).
 
Hello I am a newbie...greenbie?? lol Anywho I am trying to find a saffron tea recipe. I was told it is a nice way to mellow out if stressed or whatnot. Can anyone help?

Hey everyone else :) I have a clean flat, parents didn't spot any drug stuff or that I was a little stimmed, dad did use my laptop though and I have fast-tab thingies to all the BL forums in firefox, haha.. oh well. Off out soon, yay! Hope everyone is well <3
 
^ Me too! Was good to see them, and they had all my Christmas presents I'd left behind with them too hehe.. new beanbag and fairylights and psychopharmacology book, wooyeah! We went out for lunch and I'm a lil stimmed so had to pretend I'd had a huge breakfast and ate a starter verrrrry slowly hehe..

anyone ever use beta blockers for anxiety? was planning on downing some metaprolol to see what happens as a test run before I actually use it for interviews, anyone got experience? also, anything i should worry about, heart randomly stopping etc.?
 
I believe my mum has that Rx'd for high blood pressure, I'd tread lightly (personally I wouldn't touch it, but that's mostly because the only place I'd get it is my mum's meds, and I'm not touching those).
 
nAON, should be fine, no good if you have asthma though and don't take em with stims (no time to explain why hehe..)

I've used them when I gave talks and such - for a little while I would get nervous when I spoke in public and my leg would shake and I'd sweat a bit and beta blockers completely stopped this. Metoprolol takes quite a while to kick in so I'd take it 90 min + before interviews. In case you plan on using anything else later on that day or anything, keep in mind that one is also a selective alpha blocker.

I used them just for a bit and this allowed me to gain confidence in my speaking ability so they were no longer necessary. They are very useful in stopping somatic manifestations of anxiety without producing cognitive impairment.
 
Does anyone know if mxe is still legal in the UK.
Been reading few peoples experiences with it and it sounds pretty good to me, would really like to try it out for myself.
 
You don't do things by half mate. Withdrawing from just one at a time would be bad enough but you are really going it for it there.

HI! Left out this morning for work and in my mad dash I forgot to grab my wallet and phone, which means I drove w/out my license and if anything would have happened to me like a car accident, I would have been foooked. But, it didnt, so all is good :) Home now and happy to have internets again. Got to go clean the driveway for a 3rd time. All in all, we got around 7-8 inches of snow. Excited!!!!

Also happy that half my drug order has arrived and the other half should be here on monday, tuesday at the latest :D
 
Nice amount of clonazepam in my system. Now either I need some shrooms to have a pleasant trip or some strong opioids to warm me up in this currently arctic state of Ohio
 
Apparently I have a "benzo problem."

I had ~12mg of oxy and 110mg of vallium last night. I just don't get why it's not alright to do something everyday.
