Looks like my panic attacks are starting again, and bad.

I just made such a scene at work and put my hand through the wall.

Urgh, if I wasn't already getting laid off i'd probably be fired.

I had a similar situation at my last job.

I quit before they had the chance to fire me...

I'm tempted to quit but I need the cashflow coming in as long as I can, so I'll work out my last 4-6 weeks or so.

Luckily I have another job but shit I can't live off 2 days a week work...

hmm, yeah, always better to quit before being fired, better on the resume/cv and there must be at least one senior member of staff that you get on with at your job that you can choose as a reference for a future job instead of your direct line manager

Well I'm not being fired as such.

They are restructuring the business because they have too many supervisors and are moving one into estimating, then the person who was in estimating is coming over into accounts. They are culling all the casuals/part timers so everyone is fulltime.

I'll still get a fantastic reference from them. Well maybe, they might be a bit dirty I just put a hole in the wall.

We'll call it... a 90% fantastic reference. Maybe 89.9% That's still an "A", well, almost.

I wouldn't worry about it too much man. Panic attacks at work are horrible, I can certainly see where you're coming from...

It's going to snow in Wales tonight!!!

Is going to be about -10 to -14 degrees Celsius in Prague at the weekend though while I'm there, need to take very warm clothes, is meant to snow there too.

Is not usual time of year for snow, last year we had it in november and december, this year jan/feb
