Had plenty of diaz phil, just popped a multivit, had a protein shake and feeling better now. Still only had an afternoon nap since Fri and wide awake now haha.. but chilled at least :D
I can't remember of melatonin is OTC in the U.K. or not, but if it is, you should grab some. It's quite helpful with combined with a traditional downer(s), and some research suggests that it has powerful anti-oxidant properties as well...
= my weekend, with added gabba and mates I had a better outfit than this little dude too. Which I am still wearing now 2 days later haha shit.. lucky I didn't have visitors in the end today! Time for PJs, film+bed+hopefully sleep, then epic shower tomorrow when I finally wake up
