Maybe he talked about shooting them. Don't shoot pills, kids, verrry bad.

Right on. Let's not fill our irreplaceable circulatory system with binders.

I have always wondered how effective a micron filter truly is.

^This.

And Renz, all addicts (and non addicts, and junkies, tweakers, speeders, etc) are all welcome in BDD and OD :)

Of course.

Except those DPH-addicts. Complaining about spiders everywhere.

Well I more-so meant: Don't abuse pharmaceutical drugs to get high.

Very tongue-in-cheek, I might add. ;)

Whats up all?

Been a minute since I've posted...

Looking at about 20 tramadol and >14 days til refill...fun times...

edit: and is it AB-use or MIS-use if you go over your limits for pain?

I imagine it'd be misuse if the pain was legitimate, and abuse if you were just trying to catch a buzz but didn't NEED them for pain.

How ya been doug?

There is this thread in the OD directory which has some research on efficacy :)

Hey guys! I have a laptop! Well, my mum's teeny netbook, then an ancient one to take back with me til the nice insurance people give me a brand new one... but I don't care, as long as I have internet access. On the down side.. home now but no kitty. Am so sad :(

Exhausted, has been a shit week, so might head to bed soon but hopefully will be about properly again now. I've missed you guys! <3

At least you're back! We missed you too!

Sorry to hear about your cat effie, I know how hard that can be. :( <3

(Where'd Kayla go?)

It could be either/both, if you're talking about the DSM-IV diagnosis of "substance abuse disorder" then you may or may not meet the criteria with what you're doing. It could still be considered abuse OR misusing your medication though in the eyes of your physician.

It's certainly misuse whereas some consider normal recreational use abuse and some consider than just misuse and require more reckless behavior (such as what is reflected in the criteria for substance abuse disorder) to consider it abuse.

Increasing dose without physician's permission or enough of the script WILL end with you being in more pain for a temporary solution.

Why are you in pain, Doug?

Hate to sound emo, but in a DEEP valley of depression...and no...I can take 300mg of that and not feel a thing...I'm Rx'ed 50-100mg/dose

Not diagnosed with any of that stuff...just taking it for pain...

My back has NUMEROUS problems as well as my neck (e.g. herniated disks, degenerative disk disease, hyperkyphosis (which makes my neck worse), sciatica) and because of my immobility (still on a cane) my calves and thighs are in atrophy...It hurts when I stretch, my legs quiver when I stand up, my leg almost went out on me when I got out of my car earlier today, I'm just always hurting from my neck/shoulders, all the way down my right leg. It feels as though a knife is being shoved down my right buttock down halfway to my knee. I know people with lesser injuries with stronger meds than me...

And if I want to take something stronger, I have to pay more for morphine, because gabapentin (one of my meds) lowers the BA of hydrocodone (morphine is the next step up from hydro in the states).

And I'm sorry about your migraine beach; I get them from time to time and they just disable me worse than I already am lol...

Sorry about double posting, I just did this to avoid TL;DR.

My brother has herniated disks. I wish you and your doctors luck in solving the issue. Let's hope they can fix the problem.

Oh man I love clonazepam. It works so well with Dexedrine XR too. Nice because they have long durations, the kpins being considerably longer....so its a win win

I'd ask for my K-pin script back. buuuut after 2 months use I experienced minor withdrawals and they were not fun at all.

I just got off on a benzo binge not too long ago...thankfully not long enough to develop dependence...valium and k-pins... 100+mg of diaz and up to 2-4mg of k-pins a day wasn't a rarity...not too much, but enough to get me goin....

boy, sure is pretty quiet 'round these parts all of a sudden.. :\

How is everyone?

Mornin' all.. agh so many unread posts, that's the last time I'm going away for 5 days, hehe.. definitely the last time I spill water on my laptop :|

Day 1 of a few weeks of sobriety for me.*Sigh* Funtimes.. Oh well. Might sneak in a trip at some point :D
