it's the smoker's maximum...and smoker's get more nitrous than non-smokers lmfao...
 
she's not an anesthesiologist lol...

she said she's very limited as to what she can provide...I'll my mom about it though, because she's a dental hygienist.
 
I'm not getting IV sedation...I'm getting 2 pills...lol

edit: talked to my mom...apparently she's super-sensitive about meds...(my mom used to work for her)

this dentist refused a man nitrous because she knew he was a RECOVERED drug addict because she thought whatever euphoria the nitrous might have given him would compel him to go out and start using again...

Since that is the case and I really like this dentist...I'm not asking anything about the meds lmfao...

Been taking a slight break from BL but wanted to pop in and say yo. Will be back to my modding duties in the next day or two but have a lot going on atm.

Got scripted a new drug today-Straterra. Took one capsule and railed half a second one ~ 90mg total. Not very much stimulation yet but a shitty nose burn that lasted for almost half an hour and my nose is still a bit runny: meh. My doctor is getting close to scripting me ritalin or adderall if this doesn't work out. Would be a bit excited about that really.

purchased those new Blu e-cigs and damn they are awesome. I am not a regular smoker but this shit is nice for work when I need to get moving a bit and relax at the same time.

Doug, you should see bout goin to an oral surgeon if you're havin that much pain, they'll drug ya good. I always have my fillings with nothing, due to panic when my throat goes numb, and a Perc 10 with some benzo always leaves me comfy. Now my wisdom tooth has it's roots wrapped around my jaw line. Definitely goin to an oral surgeon to be put wayyy under.
 
I got all my wisdoms yanked and cavities filled last year. T'was not a pleasureable experience, but not bad over all. Would say the worst of the worst of the 2 appts was when they were pulling my wisdoms I could hear/feel the teeth cracking and crunching. Just man up and get it done.

Before I went in the first time I made sure I took plenty of nucynta ~400 mg and some diph. Second time I went with just 100 mgs nucynta (my standard dose) and that was just because the dental chair hurt my back and I was not more than a month out of my back surgeries.

If I can do it and I am a total puss-bag, then you can do it without needing additional anesthetics. Not saying it wouldnt be nice to to have that nitrous tho ;) may as well have fun with it.
 
Now see I'd accept nitrous if they'd give it to me BUT my dumbass told them I smoke and have asthma. Yeah big, red label on my folder and they won't even let me get the word nitrous out and they're already sayin no way man lol.
I refuse the lidacaine/novacaine mix they have. Panic city.
 
i looked up halcion and if it's anything like it says it is, i shouldn't have any problems...

and m getting genral anesthesia for hat shit...i'm getting knocked the fuck out...i just worry that i'll be getting an rx of vicodin....i wouldn't have an issue wth that, but gabapentin (especially at the dose i'm at) lowers the BA of vicodin...
 
How quickly does opiate tolerance generally go up? After taking 30mgs of percs around 4-5 hrs ago, I wanna dose a lil 15 mgs now. Then proly do around 20mgs tommorow in the morning? I have no tolerance anymore I used to but regardless even then it wasn't that high, basically will I be ok and still feel it tommorow in the morning if I redose a lil.

Depends on the person. Some people quit awhile and their tolerance drops. I quit for almost 2 yrs and my tolerance was back in a dose or two.
You're probably not gonna feel it in the mornin. If it was *me*, I'd keep the 15 mgs for the 20 mgs tmrw and have another great day ;)
